Right now its not possible to login on the new client from a Greek ip. I play on Redstar. I made a comment about this in the past. Also i have contacted redstar support and they suggested using VPN.Thats not a solution. I dont know if it is a problem with the regulation. im just leeting you know

When someone plays anonym tables is it possible to review a hand in a replayer or any other methods?!
I mean while still in the session/tables not after session analyse i know that's impossible.

RE: Bet pot - no, you can only bet the pot amount not including the rake. This is actually a bug, we'll get this changed.

Cool Hand Poker is indeed an operator that has been on the network for a long time. However they don't take part in any of the network activities so we don't promote them on our website.

Is this in the modern client or classic client? If modern client, could you please send your log files to your poker room, as per the OP in this thread?

We don't have a player-facing support team, it's a bit strange that Betsson and RedStar would say that. Please would you ask them to escalate this to us via Microgaming Assist so we can investigate?

In the classic software you can go to My Account > Playcheck and see a static view of any hand you have played in the past.

It will be much easier to review your gameplay in the modern client however. In the modern client you can go to 'Player History' in the lobby menu and replay any hand you have previously played, including Anonymous hands. It doesn't matter if you played the hand in the Classic software, you can still replay it in the modern software.

All of my Omaha tables suddenly crushed and there is no more Omaha in the lobby, all the money which were on the tables are missing. Thats kind of annoying to say the least, was involved into hands and the promo is running...
