Also, I've contacted RedStar live support today and made a HH request, they've yet to hear of this new feature.

If anyone else has the same experience, tell the support agent that they need to open a call in Microgaming Assist with the Poker Integrity team.

It may take a while before all the support agents become aware of this procedure.

Betsafe and Nordicbet support were also clueless but linking the post from the MPN blog helped and they quickly learned and told me that they will send me the files soon

any ETA on when v42 will come, and what this release will include?

It's been over 3 months now that we had those discussions for tournament improvements here, and already 8 months that Mac users are forced to cope with the horrendous UI you have right now, so would be nice to finally see some improvements in this aspect.

Our original plan was to release v42 in early September, before UCOP. However we are now planning two smaller releases in the same time frame.

Both releases are heavily focused on improvements to tournaments. There will be improvements to the tournament list and filters, to the tournament info panel at the table, and a brand new tournament lobby. Among other things.

I think most people will like the new tournament lobby. We have thought about what information will be useful to players, both recreational and serious. For example, the new tournament lobby will show you your current chip equity, your ROI as the tournament progresses, and an at-a-glance view of how your chip stack relates to other players'.

I just moved over from Party, enjoy it so far but obviously the client is missing some features. Like:
- Bring table to foreground when action is required
- Potsize (so potsize without bet + potsize with bet)
- Make it possible to have the 'Pot' preset betsize preflop
- Sitout next blind
and some others. But I guess thats all for future releases. Enjoying it so far!

and I really hope you can deliver on those. Because I'm afraid many tournaments players, that have been patient for months, will turn their back on you if it's not near as useful as what Pokerstars is offering.

Hello im playing fish party on MPN
And yesterday geting my hand history and import in HM2 v8465
Why i have to many not finished tournamet (50% of all) and no buy-in/prize pool/winnings in .dat file
This results is very trashed and dont readable

Has anyone encountered the same error as me?

MPN doesn't include tournament summaries in their HH's, so every tournament is just added as a 11€ tournament with no results in HEM I believe.

How I can fix this?)

Only by manually changing the buy-in and winnings of each tournament individually unfortunately.

Is it possible that you can deliver the HH to players either in a .txt format or smaller .dat files (say, one file per month for the given period)?

I've received my HH for the last two years from my skin's support in one huge (2gb after decompressing) .dat file and pokertracker simply cannot handle importing files of this magnitude.

.dat files are very difficult for users to edit and break down into smaller chunks themselves.

I've asked the team to provide smaller files in future instead of one large file.

We've reached out to the makers of PT and HEM to see if they have a specific hand history format that would work best - we can address both the tournament summary issue and the .DAT file issue at the same time then.

Hi, is there freerolls?

So i've been trying to get my HH files from OlyBet for 4 days now, first day that i requested the files, they sent me an e-mail only containing the number of hands that i have raked.

The next day i got in contact with them again they said i've only asked for the raked hands, when i even have screenshots of the conversation of me asking for the files.
Now after 4 days they've sent me another e-mail saying my account is too new to ask for the hand history files.

How old does my account have to be to get my own HH files ? And why is that relevant at all ?

Do you guys have any future plans for Blaze, makes me cry it barely running and only at 2nl? , seems ages since you had that promo you use to run for it, and in the mean time GG has rolled up with there game and managed to get decent sized pools running for there speed game.

I've been playing on microgaming for a couple of weeks now. I'm from Sweden and only the new client is open for me.

Can you PLEASE fix so I can open a NEW TABLE when there's already people playing on another table at same stake? If I press the play button I get instantly seated onto a table with other people. Sometimes I want to open an EMPTY TABLE.

Another extremely annoying thing is that the lobby doesnt update itself automatically. So if I go afk and there's 40 people playing NL50 and come back, maybe there's only 20 people playing. Lobby still says 40 if I don't update manually...

Also It would be nice with some random promos for us Swedish people. Pokerstars for example have tournaments only for swedish people with added dollars. I know we can't get rakeback, but something like that would be appreciated.

I do enjoy the client though.
