Lol PlayersComeFirst renamed to ''Jack21 casino'', emptied all accounts. First it showed balance=0, after I sent them emails -now I can not even login. They kept sending ''deposit offers'' tho.

As per usual Industry Pro advice I am about to ask for my money from astute institution of Curacao commission, their only ''license''.
I believe some customers already asked wtf, just the fact that the website is still up/ redirects from old brand tells enough... Before I get instructed to nowhere discuss The Case. And 6 months later I receive barely understandable answer summed up ''We wish you all the best Sir''. I only wonder

I've used two different software while I was playing, these were Pokertracker 4 and MPN Tools Site . According to my best knowledge, none of these belong to prohibited softwares.

I've also contacted MPN Tools support, asking if they know any information about their tool to be listed as a prohibited one, but I received the following answer:

"The program is not prohibited on the MPN network. Ask MPN support about MPN Tools.”

I'm playing in your poker room since March 2018, before that I've played at Stan James, until they stopped offering poker for Hungarian players. During these years I never received any warnings or any e-mails.

Also, please take a look at my account history, as my balance were always between 5000-8000€. If I would have used any kind prohibited software or AI, why would I keep that much money on my account consistently? I wouldn't dare to dream that this could happen to me, without a valid reason.

I would like to prove my innocence, in order to do so, I can do whatever you want. If you prefer, I can record a live session video (can be as long as you want), where you can see that I'm not using any prohibited software, and I can play the same game as I did before.

I had more than 4000€ on my account and this is a lot of money for me just to be taken away without any valid reason.

I really hope that this is just a misunderstanding, therefore I kindly ask you to re-investigate my case, as I've never used any prohibited software, AI or real time assistance that could lead to permanent account closure.

I am fully aware that the MPN network will shut down soon. Despite this fact I did not cash out my funds, but decided to go on with MPN and play.


I always trusted MPN and was sure that my money is in a safe place there.
I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
Who is the best person I should writte to and ask him to reinvestigate my case?
For me the money taken by MPN from my account is a significant amount and I can't just sit and watch taken away that
