Just to let you know that what's going on is a new owner, a much larger company, with an existing poker brand, so one of the poker products was gonna go, and redbet was smaller so it was (sadly) the obvious choice.

No poker after 1st June there, but the main site log on will still exist and any cash balance is 100% safe in the redbet wallet.

Between now and 5th June we’ll be rolling out the next major release of the poker client, v41. [Release Notes]

This release is focused on making the client as rock-solid, stable, and performant as possible, and includes new ways for each poker room to better highlight promotions, special offers, and tournaments to players.

Given the release's focus on performance I think 2+2 will find it underwhelming in terms of features. The next release, v42, has new features in it which are much more relevant to what has been asked for in this thread, and is focused on making major improvements to the tournament experience.

Featured Area

This new area of the lobby will be shown to you by default on first login. Your poker room can use this area to highlight promotions, games, upcoming private tournaments, live events, and more.

Connection Health Check

This troubleshooting tool allows you to quickly check your connectivity to the poker servers, and save a report, useful for diagnosing any problems. You can access this health check tool by clicking on the ‘Connection Strength’ icon at the bottom right of the lobby.

Client Communications Rewrite

The way the poker client communicates with our servers has been completely rewritten in the latest technologies, to improve performance and resilience on all devices.

• The client consumes less bandwidth, especially on mobile.
• Support for new regulations in the UK, Denmark and Switzerland.

The configurable betslider is there - go to 'Table Settings'. Can you give us more detail as to what you'd like to improve with the colour coding?

Just to be clear, the policy is that a tournament does NOT go on a synchronised break if it is still in the first level. We'll give your suggestion consideration, but for now, the best advice I have is to register late for any such tournaments.

Good afternoon, first of all, I apologize for my English, I have already tried all the ways, all hopes only for this topic. I'm last played in Microgaming in 2015 and it was RedStar poker. In this year I decided to try playing in microgaming(RedStar) again, but it was my surprise when I could not log in to the poker room. There is no need to opt in for the Cash Game Festival leaderboard. Once you play any qualifying cash game hand (a hand at €10NL/PLO+) you should be on the leaderboard when it updates on the hour.

It is definitely not too late to start for this one and it closes in ~35 hours (23:59:59 BST Monday 27th).

Have you been playing cash game hands and not on the leaderboard? What skin/operator are you playing on?

A user can change their nickname/alias, it will not be an issue (the next time the leaderboard updates on the hour, your new alias will show on the leaderboard).

I tried the new software. Jesus mother of god. I have been playing online poker around 13 years and i have never ever seen something SO BAD.

For real. If somebody doesnt believe me, then try it out. Its the worst software, i have ever seen. Im pretty sure that MYSELF, with 0 knowledge of programming, can do better .

Cmon Microgaming, youre big company, you have money, you should hire good programmers and staff to get decent poker software.
This new soft is the worst. It seems like, it has been done by random 13 year old programmers with 0 knowledge.

BUT, there are some good things:
* Now you can modify your bet-slider and use %%%-betting. Thats good!
* Lobby-list (tournaments) is better, now you can see, in which mtts you are registered.
* Stealth-mode
* And thats it.


And the bad, or i must say: WORST THINGS EVER:
* Colors are so sharp and bright. Nobody likes to play hours and use so bright colours. It hurts eyes. Look last software, colours are bit darker, smoother.

* Default table backround-layout was so bad. So many colours everywere. I can understand, that random fish people like funny software, but cmon, that was nonsens. Thankfully there is Stealth-mode. That was GOOD, BUT........! It came with no sound. NO sound for default, jesus christ, what was that? I really thought that stealthmode is muted version of microgaming. Then i found out that i can turn sound on. Wtf? Like really, wtf is this?

* Text size. JeEEEEESUS CHRIST. I have large monitor, but with new software, i can only play max 6 tables now (4 would be even better), because i cant switch the tables smaller, bc text is going so small and ****ty (also numbers, stack size etc). It really cant go worse, but it can!

* After finding out that the table-sizing is so off, there is no auto-switching the tables. Tables are not coming up, when its my turn. Only some random sounds. CMON, we dont live in 2002 anymore, you can do more!

* The same last problem (table switching) is on mobile version also. Jesus MFchrist. I tried to play 2 tables of poker via mobile AAAAAAAAAAAAAAND SURELY, those tables wont automatically switch. I have to switch them manually. OMG, it was the biggest max tilt ever. Are you serious, manual switching?? OK, i could understand that, maybe its better (i dont know in what universe?), but the switching is also SO SLOW.

LOOK Pokerstars software, look Pokerstars mobile software. Compare it!

For real, why are you even publishing this new software to customers, when its like 0.01/10. Its not finished, its far from finishing!!

And there is more to come, if you want my honest feedback! I really would like Microgaming to have good software, but this is worst piece of **** i have ever seen.



Few hints:
* Remove the new software, let people play and download the old software now.
* Fire these programmers who managed to do the worst site in the world.
* FIRE them!
* Hire good programmers. Invest €UROS to good software and programmers.
* Also fire the Supervisor or someone who gave it green light to this new software. You can never-ever release this product to tens of thousands of people, when its not ready. Do you really want to loose your customers? Can u undestand that u might loose millions of euros for this kind of crap?


And if you dont believe me, then look this 2+2 thread, there is nobody who gives green light or thumbs up for this software. Everyone are shellshocked!

PS! If you keep the new software with these errors, then im so sad to tell you that Microgaming is going bankrupt in 6 months (maybe 12 months max).

I got two really big issues with the new software.

1. I keep getting logged after about 10-15 minutes for no reason.

2.When u multitable and press the button where they ususally were tiled next to eachother in a good size is no longer happening. it becomes supersmall. You need a binocular to see what hands you have. Fix it ffs

It's pretty scary to think that I could play 9 tables, without problem, in 2006 on the good old prima-client. I would happily play that client even today, 13 years later, because it's MUCH better. Wow.

I just dont get it either, old client works fine and is good for me.

I do understand if you want to change the client with a better look, just keep the old but make it look new/fresh and tune it for the better not worse.

Like hotcola said its pretty terrible atm but what i dont understand who is in charge of this whole operation.

In current state, there is just no comparison for any MTT/Cash multi tabler

maybe the real problem is that even the old client is **** compared to sites.

so 1st of all my nickname on their site is not that one that i covered with red paintings, secondly i used another email address when i created my accont!!
how they know this email address of mine?
