Thanks!

A question about cashing out - if my address on the tax form is different from the one on my drivers license, do you need additional information for me to prove that I reside at that address, or am I good just emailing you guys the tax form + my id?

Also, do you have a response to this?

Your title needs to be improved: *** LiveAce launched; play poker legally in many US states, Official support thread *** or something like that.

I had been following LiveAce for the past few months and was anxiously awaiting its launch. I played yesterday for maybe 4 hours and won $50 in the auction! I'm going to verify my account (required to do this once to withdraw) and I will post an update on how that process went.

The user-interface is light and easy. No more clunky software to download. I feel like the structure of the site (the auctions, etc.) helps improve the quality of game-play too. It seems like mostly everyone was actually playing seriously.

I really had a good time playing yesterday, and will continue to play here.

Just send the forms we'll be happy to work it out with you. I believe you fill out the tax form right - so is there a reason you would fill it out with a different address than the driver's license?

Its important to remember that when you win an auction the chips are deducted from your account and taken out of circulation. Furthermore, there's no way to tell how many players will show up to bid on any given day. It will be very interesting to see how the Last Accepted Bid trends over time. Watch the Auctions page for results every day.

Because you can win cash with your live chips, people play to the best of their ability. After all, isn't playing competitive ring games what players want most? Winning cash is an added bonus!

I understand there are daily chip reloads. Signed up yesterday, played badly and ended up with balance of 35. Did not meet minimum buy in for any table I tried.

Looked today and didn't see the reload in my account. Is there a particular time of day these occur?

Gave this a try mostly just to check it out. First time I tried playing, opened two tables. Everything crashed and froze right as I opened up second table. Tried again and played some 1/2 on two tables for 10-15 minutes and the first table randomly folded my QQ as everything crashed and froze again.

Was running Chrome brower on Windows XP. I believe the problem was the Flash plugin kept crashing.

Also, the game goes so very very slow. It takes forever for people to act and there is often lag time when pots are being calculated and when hands end.

Oh and 'fold to any' make your limp pre-flop... the blind posts are bets, so limping is calling a bet.

Thanks for that feedback we will look into it. Chrome and Firefox do seem to be the best browsers for the site. As to the game going slowly - it could be you're waiting for people to act - and they do have a 45 second time bank - do you see a red bar counting down on their avatar?

Very untrue. People play like a FREEROLL, because that is essentially what it is. I'm not knocking it, just calling it like I see it. It's a slight step above play money.

This is my second session now, and the pace of play is still slow, perhaps it's because it's web-based, and maybe people are still getting used to it?? The play and betting is very choppy.

Sorry if my posts are of the complainy nature, just wanting to give honest feedback.

The chip reloads reset every day at midnight - you need to go to My Account - Top Up to obtain the chips - its not processed automatically.

If that doesn't answer the question PM me your username I'll look into it.

Also, and a bit contradictory to my other feedback about the pace being too slow, the time when I think it goes too fast is when two (or more) players are all in. Cards are exposed and the turn/river come immediately, not even giving anyone a chance to assess where they stand and figure out what they need to root for/sweat.

I am trying two tables on Firefox on my Windows 8 laptop at the moment everything seems to run smoothly. Action is going a lot faster too. I thought people were just playing slow last time, but maybe it was something happening on my end.

This is definitely a glitch. If you click "Fold to any" pre-flop before it is your action, it will limp you in.

pm'ed you something op

I understand you guys are trying to bust players quickly but lower limits would be nice in order for players to have a shot of running up 400 chips...

Any way to change the screen/table/card/number sizes? Hole cards are awfully hard to see imo.

I have a mac running 10.6.8 intel core 2 duo.
firefox 23.0
played yesterday a couple of hours or so sometimes 2 tabling no issues with my mac.
today have checked in twice 1 tabling and 2 tabling.
in less than 5 minutes after checking in,
my machine shutdown and restarted. this happened both times i checked in!
i have never had this problem before.

We believe 60BB tables are the minimum for quality gameplay. The buy in minimum is lowest for the lowest limit tables. Above 1/2 all the NL/PLO tables are 100BB.
08-15-2013 , 05:36 PM
I was talking about adding lower limits so players actually have a chance to build a "roll".

Would actually be nice if we had the option of buying in for 100bb at all limits.

Thanks for the suggestion - we'll work to build features players want into the software.
