Based on my experience, it appears to be midnight est, regardless of where you are

Some new glitches recently or maybe they were there before and I didnt notice them. But lets say I raise to 6 in a 1/2 game. Other play can raise to 8 and then I can raise to 10. When I raise to 6, next raise has to be min of 10 (or 4 plus my raise). It shouldnt be like limit holdem lol.

Also when you go all in, it wont always raise all in. If I have 100 behind and someone bets 20, my all in is actually a raise to a total of 80 (some weird glitch where it thinks raising to 100 means 100 minus whatever the other person bet). Even if I put 128 and raise, it still sometimes does that.

yeah i had basically same thing happen last night, (maybe i was at your table InFln) raise to 18 then next guy makes it 20 total, then i click all in then raise and it only puts like half my stack in

Same here and it is really annoying.

Many times in a 3-bet pot I've hit 'pot' and when I raise it does a 2 chip raise over a raise that is like 75. It also make everyone call the 2 chip raise until it gets back to the guy who 3-bet who then pots it again.

Thank you we are working on it and close to having a fix implimented, along with some other changes.

No Tables showing up when I went to play this morning (currently 10:43am PST). Are any games currently running? Is this just a problem with my connection to the site?

We are pleased to announce that we completed a software update this morning:

The most visible and important change is: When one or more players are all in, we’ve added a dramatic pause between the turn and river so there is plenty of suspense and you can see what you’re fading if you’re ahead (and how you need to suck out if you’re behind).

Also:

Default sort for table lobby is number of players (most full first)
Leaderboards are updated every 2 hours
Can now use Cash Account to purchase Club Live memberships

We very much appreciate everyone’s feedback so far and are working hard to address the other good points users have brought up in another software update shortly.

Nice to see the pause when you're all in. The betting and incorrect raising problem still exists as well as the fold when you time out. An ability to see the timebank would be nice.

Will be interesting to see how many people purchase the live membership now.

i have made enough to purchase membership but they need to add more features or content i built a big enough bankroll so chips do not matter to me. in depth charts on all the bids would be nice. also maybe you can see the name of the person bidding and how much they bid and when they bid after the auction is complete. also maybe in depth statistics on how people play on the site. maybe add premium turbo tables so u do not have to wait for people to act. maybe even restrict the free accounts to only 1/2 and 2/4 so it would be harder to build chips. if they added these things i would gladly pay the subscription fee. right now it is not worth it

I don't know about the name of person and how much they're bidding but a deeper analysis on the bidding auction would be great. Restricting players to only 1/2 and 2/4 wouldn't be a bad idea but I dont think it would affect too many people.

How about members get a)5% extra live chips when you leave a table or b)interest on live chips (1% a month or something)

i have noticed a major bug in the update. When i am all in with a player preflop or post flop. you can tell who the winner is before the turn and river. When i am the winner it will not show the other persons cards before the site shows the turn and river. When the villain is the winner it does show the villains cards before the turn and river. It seems like the outcome is predetermined before the cards are shown on the table........ this is a major bug imo

Please try to clear your browser cache and check the Options button at the table - it should say VERSION 20130913. Some players are running older versions of the software stored in their cache and this seems to be affecting the animations.

We realize this is happening on occasion but most of the time it works properly. We're working on a fix.

The outcome is not predetermined - the software finishes dealing turn/river instantaneously and is only slowing down the animations.

On the flop (NL), guy bets 12 I click raise, I raised to 14....

Yes we're working on fixing the functionality of the Raise button (which currently raises the amount of the big blind if you don't specify an actual raise). To make sure you don't raise a small amount please use the slider or enter a raise amount before before you click Raise. Or use the pre-set Pot or fractions thereof buttons.

I have a question for verification purposes. my drivers license has a different address than where i'm living at. I'm living in the same city is that a problem?

No. I live at a different address than the one on my driver's license. Was worried like you, so put my address on liveace as the address on my driver's license. My check was mailed to me at my current address bc I had had my mail forwarded when I moved and did a change of address with the post office.

It was all for nil though, bc they don't put your address on the check itself, rather just your name.

Lori, you do a great job and I really want to love this site and for it to take off. I want to buy a membership and support it and tell my friends.

But man these bugs/glitches are brutal. Are you guys close to fixing them?

My version is newer and I only see winner's cards at least 3 times

Example 1:Steve and Mark go all in. Mark shows Jacks. Board runs out 55J29. Steve claims he had KK.

Example 2:Tony and Mike go all in preflop. Both show AKo. Board runs a chop.

The new update slowed down the dealing the the board. For some reason I actually like how it is now. I can see how when a suckout will happen in advance.

The raising less than allowed needs to be fixed. Auto mucking when timing out needs to go (it should just check and fold to any bet). And adding 6-max would still be great. Although you can just start a new table, sometimes I want to play longer and hate when the table fills up.
