The site works best on Chrome or Firefox - were you using IE?

Have you tried playing 2/4? These games are full ring much less often than 1/2.

Will 6 max tables be added? I don't have enough chips to play 2/4 and when I start a 1/2 table, if there is even one to start, it gets up to 7+ people pretty quick.

Just requested a cashout of $17 via check. Didn't use dwolla bc I have no bank account and can't link my rushcard to dwolla. Am going to get an American Express Bluebird prepaid card and try to use the remote deposit feature on the app to cash the check. If that fails, will just attempt to cash it at Walmart.

Will update when I get the check, and after the first attempt at cashing it.

Any chance you could disable or at least change the color or caption of the Raise button when a raise is no longer a valid play?

Also, in limit hold'em are the turn and river capped at 3? At a 2/4 table I was unable to raise to 16 after one villain bet, another raised to 8 and another raised to 12.

with all due respect most of the time the omaha tables are not full and and if they do go to 9 people leave quickly

I played a hand where I was in the big blind, and lost all my chips. I didn't rebuy fast enough, and I was dealt out of the next hand. I rebought chips and unchecked the "wait for BB" box, and it dealt me in again after the button, but it made me post 2 chips, even though I had only missed my small blind. Very minor, but still incorrect.

As requested before, a "sit out next BB" would be great.

Also, when you go to the table list, can the default be for it to be sorted by blinds, instead of by alphabetical name of the tables?

Eventually these games will also fill up with 9 players. I understand HU tables hot happening but 6 max should be doable.

Yeah, most people don't feel like playing 9 handed and leave, shocker.

fold button is way too tiny and in an awful place, just put it on the left or make some sort of hotkey option so i don't need to click it

when switching from browsing the internet to going back to playing i just randomly click a spot on the table as quick as possible. better question is why would i ever want to check out a players profile? just make it so you need to right click/double click or something i've misclicked one like 10 times in the first 10 minutes.

Clicking on yourself=sit out? Please end this

Yeah agree, but I believe it happens when you haven't been dealt a hand. 6-max should be added, its that simple.

Good suggestion thank you - noted.

Minor cosmetic suggestions:

1)What's with the table names? Can we get different ones? (Maybe NL tables are towns, Omaha tables are animals, and Limit are cars)
2)More badges
3)Leaderboard-more spots (Top 10 instead of Top 5) and your rank.

I dont mind the table names, its better than having numbers like table 238490. And agree with the leaderboard showing more spots and your own rank. That would make people want to play more and improve their ranking. Oh and 6-max tables if its not been said yet.

Multiple times over the last week I have checked the 'fold to any bet' preflop while in middle-late position and when the action has reached me I call. This only happens preflop in limped pots. If there is a raise I fold, but if it is folded/limped around I call instead of folding.

Check update:

Received both requested checks (took ~5 days from the date of request on each check), both deposited and cleared.

Suggestion: Add a forum on the site? Although the customer support has be AMAZING and really personalized, it may make sense to add a support thread on the site for those who are not familiar with 2p2. This would give you a direct line of communication with your customer base and allow for open and constructive discussion about game format on the site.

There is a bug that makes it so someone can leave a table with a big stack and then immediately return with the minimum. It's very easy to reproduce.

Really? It always makes me bring my winnings back to the table. You should email support and tell them how to reproduce.

Perhaps this question isn't appropriate for the support thread, but for the skeptical among us, where is all of the money we're winning coming from? I mean, we can open a FREE account, win some chips, cash a check, and it's basically money for nothing. I get that SOME people are actually going to pay $19.95 a month for the site and that you get ad revenue, and revenue from sales of chips, but it seems to me that basically anyone can come in and win money without ever having to deposit a penny. It seems like you're taking an awful risk that enough people will actually pay to play here when they can just play for free.

How is the business model sustainable?

BTW this was post #1111 for me
