We just checked. The only change in stakes was in your account in 4 days. Nobody else changed those settings. Maybe some other change was made and it triggered this in your account. We are still looking into it.

No it's not happening when you run bad. The system does not in any way behave different to players who are running bad or good.

How would you win money from insurance if we were doing anything like that? You have won more than 15 buy-ins right?

I resent your suggestion.

i hear you.. if i thought with certanty somethind spooky was going on i wouldnt use the product... actually if i point this things out is because i or we beleive in the use for this ''insurance concept'' and hope the improvements come where they need to.

Im stating my personal experience.. the time it stopped working i was running really bad, and also the previous time it happend. i dont really go through extensive hand analysis to figure out how things work while it is working correctly.. all i know is IP wasnt there when i needed it to be and expected it to be runing .. so that may be the impression i got... i dont make much more of it as i intend to keep using it..
so for now ill keep a eye open for this settings to be properly set throughout my sessions

Unfortunately not.

InsuredPlay desktop application only works on Windows at the moment.

Please note that you can still buy bubble insurance as this service does not require you to run the application while you're playing.

Technically they can be insured but Omaha 8 is not a supported game type on InsuredPlay at the moment.

not adding husng is just burning money. Did you know that husng guy got most votes to rep 2p2 in Pokerstars players meeting? Or that any limits sharkschope leaderboard is 95% husng guys? Or that 10bi above/below ev is standart daily swong?

how long can it take to process the insurance after it shows it has been approved in the history but it doesnt show on th balance nor the GUI. It has been 12 hours already and still nothing, thx.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.

There has been a confusion on our part understanding what the problem is.

There is no delay between when you see the hand on the website and when it gets reflected on your balance. If you see the insurance on the website then the resulting transaction has already been made on your account.

The only possible delay is between when you play a hand and when it shows on the website. Is there a hand you played but can't see on the website?

We checked every hand in your account and all the calculations seem to be correct. Perhaps you're reading the history section wrong. The amount is the size of the transaction and the balance is the resulting balance after the transaction, not before the transaction.

Well most of the times Im paying atention to the allins, around ~70% of them since I 3-4 table zoom plo. The last hand where I play AA double suited all in, I started to wait for the balance to change but it didnt... (usually its like 2 minutes tops) I sat out next BB on all tables after a bit of time, didnt get it all in after that one and I know for sure that the last insurance didnt change my balance. THEN i found out like I know you guys saw already, that there was more than one insurance given that dindt affect my balance.

Honeslty I may be confused with what you wrote, but what i see in the history is that my available balance doesnt match the history balance and it seems that it froze somehow ~4 insurances before the last one. (they have always matched if I recall correctly)

To answer your question, im not sure, I dont have pt4 omaha, just holdem so I cant review but those hands have to be saved in my drive just like the NL.

Edit:Found the hands, I guess I could send them?? all my hands from this month since Im pretty sure the problem happend on that day but just in case.
