I'll just leave this here in case there's someone who hasn't seen it:

I've been thinking about this for the last week. Some players were writing to support asking for insurance for HUSNGs as well. Even if there is not enough demand, we will go ahead and deliver this product just for the sake of completeness. It feels like a natural extension of equity insurance for cash games and we will implement this to make InsuredPlay cover all grounds.

If we wanted to measure demand for insurance on HUSNGs on 2p2, how would we go about it?

The title of the thread ends with "Resolved" because the issue really is resolved. The player was made more than whole and I apologized for my initial reaction/attitude more than one time.

I made a mistake and I did everything in my power to make up for it. The player who started that thread has continued using our services after the incident.

Thanks for the edit Boba Fett.

I'm pretty sure I've expressed support for HU SNG and just general SNG insurance already ITT but count me in, I would definitely use it.

I do not use your service and I was not happy how that thread started to go down BUT you did make amends and I applaud you for that.

Everyone errors time to time but you realized it and like you said, apologized more than one time. That customer is happy and if he is still using your service, that should be obvious.

If you feel that IP may be good for you as a player, please look at this as a fact that everything was taken care of in the end. The customer walked away happy and IP corrected the way the matter was handled.

Yes, you can point out that thread for others to see some history but moving forward again, if you feel this may be good for you, then check it out.

It appears that there are several people who are happy with the service so even though it is not my cup of tea, I have the respect for IP and its team for trying to come up with something new while standing behind its product and trying to make things right if/when a potential problem occurs.

Great Service AFTER the Sale! THAT is what makes a business successful in my book and that is not always easy to find.

I'm working on the HUSNG pricing model. Once I have a rough model I'll discuss the it here with you guys here.

Euro deposits with Neteller is coming next week. You won't need to pay FX fees any more.

Hi,

There seems to be no problem. I'm browsing the website right now.

We have a lot of players playing at this moment so the hands might take a few seconds longer to appear on the website but if you're completely unable to access the website, there might be problem with your connection.

Ah damn, must be something wrong with my connection then, no luck after reboot comp/router

When I launch the client I get a message saying "InsuredPlay was not able to update. Please download the latest version and re-install." I click on download and it takes me to http://www.insuredplay.com/home/download but the site doesnt work for me

Will delay my session and try again later Thanks for a great product

Edit: Now it works

The client asks you to download the installer again if we released more than one update since you launched the client.

I just tried the download link and it's working. If you can, try accessing the website with VPN.

This game is not supported right now. Perhaps we can start supporting it in the future.

I don't know how RIT hands effect the EV graph on HEM2.

InsuredPlay doesn't support RIT hands.
