I was pretty spot on for not researching it and just remembering it from the broad cast like 2 years go. But thanks for the clarification. His is definitely better.

I had to research it myself cause I remember him saying this is my life. Now I don't know why someone talks about a gambling problem on a poker forum. That does not make sense to me. That is like going to a fantasy football forum and saying does fantasy football consume a good portion of your life. Half this forum maybe considered having a problem with gambling according to the way some people consider a gambling problem. The extreme would consider all of us on this forum having a problem. I think if someone wants to ask if someone has a problem with gambling go to a gambler's anonymous forum.

To all:

Please stop PM'ing me about the HUDS. All the information I know is in the threads, so I'm sorry if you don't feel like doing the research yourself but I don't feel like talking about it anymore. The point I was making is that they EXIST even though Bodog implied they don't.

In other news, if you US players aren't gearing up for this new boom then your going to be unprepared. We WILL be playing online poker legally in 2012.

The Governor of CT said this - paraphrased from a few articles - He supports it, and warns opponents that its not about supporting it or not, because it is COMING NO MATTER WHAT. It is more about how CT gets a piece of the pie. He made an interesting point in that as long as ANY state (NEV has already done it) legalizes it and offers it to US players that CT (or any state that doesn't have a implicit law banning it) may not even be able to legally stop it because of the commerce clause.

I also have been writing a congress person for years on this issue. This person e-mailed me yesterday and asked if I would be interested in testifying in the CT house of reps if they request players. They don't start session for another few weeks. If I get contacted again I will prob defer to the PPA if they have any questions.

Just deposited my last bodog payout ever - site balance is at $0.00 and as long as this last check clears hopefully I will have nothing else to do with this site. I wanted to call them up and officially close it just to be a jerk but I will leave it open in-case they want to give my inactive account some free money in a few months or something.

GL to everyone still playing.

do i need to verifiy my aacount in order to cashout to neteller?

if you're 2 tabling s&g's and the action gets to you on both tables simultaneously, it will apply the bet you make from the first table you bet from to the other table! and if you are in the chatbox about to send a message and the action is on you from any of the tables, instead of sending the chat, it will instead make a min bet to the table your action is on! wtf! this isn't in the rule book! did i miss a meeting?! your only hope is that your opponent will fold to your min bet thinking you must have woken up with a monster if you never min bet...lol. then again, nobody is noticing your table image at micro-stake s&g's...lol. oh well...i miss stars so bad i can hardly stand it any more.

gloom, despair and agony on me....deep, dark depression, excessive misery...

Probably been asked before, but are there any plans to let us actually make notes on opponents? I play mostly HU and it's kind of important for HU play. I actually like the idea of anonymous tables, but at least we should be able to make a note on our opponent imo.

Going to email but in case any Bodog rep/whatever is reading this a few major bugs REALLY need to be fixed, and I encourage anyone who cares to copy/paste this and email them as well.

1. Players cards randomly and permanently dim, appearing as if they have no cards when they do.

2. Reload glitch - If you add on and then win the hand, the addon will not recalculate and go through, and then the button becomes unclickable permanently.

3. Sounds - The sounds still are not the same as they were, where you could easily and clearly tell when it was your turn to act (the beeping.) With this also is that the software does not pop to the front as it should when it is your turn to act.

A couple problems I have encountered, already forwarded to support, but thought I would repost here to get this thread back on track.

1) Default Buyin Preference
When going to Preferences --> Default Buyin Preference and activating default buy-in for ring games, this feature does not work. Even after changing it in this screen, default buy-in does not work when joining tables, and always just goes to the default 30 big blinds.

2) Table Filters
Table filters are not remembered, and have to be manually set every time while logging into client. Would be nice to have these filters have a memory, and save so they stay when leaving and enetering client.

3) Order of tables in lobby
Lobby is very cluttered. 6 handed and 9 handed tables intertwine with each other. As in old software, they were separated in that heads up, 6 handed, and 9 handed tables would all be grouped together. Looking at doing this would really unclutter the lobby.

4) Sit out next big blind button
Sit out next big blind button does not work, and cannot be clicked on.

5) Auto clicking fold button
When clicking check/fold button or fold button to automatically fold, this feature does not always work. If someone else raises it forces you to click the fold button again.

6) Buying more chips at table
When buying more chips at table, and in the case you win a hand while doing so, and before you receive the chips, a message comes up that you are not allowed more chips than the maximum buyin, even though these chips were bought before winning the hand. The bigger problem however is that after this message comes up, the buy more chips button becomes shaded, and you can't buy more chips at all at any point in the future. The button stays shaded, and the only way to buy more chips is by leaving the table.

7) Chat
Chat box keeps deleting text whenever there is action on another table
Reposted from this thread on Dec 18, 2011. Not one of these issues have been fixed yet.

In addition
8) Auto-post blinds
At random times, the auto-post blinds goes from being checked to unchecked, without any action of the user actually doing anything.

Usually happens after a reload for me.

Ummm , you need to take notes on an anonymous player heads up that you will never know if your playing again?

notetaking would still work with anonymous players. when you looked up your notes on an opponent, though, the player would just have a different number then when you made the note on him. it would still be the same player, though. the number would be irrelevent. then again, i guess that's the whole reason for the anonymous tables in the first place, to have no idea who you are playing. it's goofy, though.

If they tied the notes to the player, software developers would be able to use that to track players again, making the whole anonymous player change useless. Less than useless, actually, since HUD users would have an even bigger advantage than before.

About Huds: this message I got from support, when I asked them about using of Holdem Manager and hand history.
We appreciate that you have taken the time out to write to us and would be more than happy to help. Please note that you will not be able to use Hold'em Manager while playing on the Bodog Poker Software; in addition, and if your account has been found to be using such a system we will be forced to take necessary action

To view the hand activity yourself, please open the Poker Lobby, click the 'Account' button at the left side of the screen, select the 'Hand History' tab. You can search your hands by date or by providing the Hand ID number

If you have any other questions or would like further clarification of the above information, please feel free to contact us via one of the methods listed below. We would also be happy to give you a call if you let us know which number is best to contact you on.

So as I understand, I can`t use HM while I am playing. Can I use Hud after sessions, to review my hands and to know what amount of hands and hours I played? And if I can, how is possible to get hands from Bodog?
