Q: How do I deposit?
A: The best way to go about depositing is to contact customer support. Due to the current lay of the land, different regions have different deposit methods. Customer support will be able to provide you with the best possible methods of deposit. Please see your local Bodog portal for CS email addresses and phone numbers.
Q: What can you tell me about withdrawals?
A: If you are a US player, check out the Bodog payout thread for US players to get an idea how long payouts are taking. As far as options for withdrawing, you can see your options under the payouts section of the cashier, or contact support.

Q: Is there any way to play more than 4 tables?
A: No, 4 tables is the maximum allowed at Bodog.
Q: Are hold’em manager and PokerTracker 3 supported?
A: Yes! Hold’em Manager requires a third party program, Bodog Hand Grabber, in order to work. PokerTracker 3 has a built in hand grabber.
Q: Is rakeback available?

Q: Are player to player transfers available on Bodog?
A: No, there is no player to player transfer option available.

A: No, this is not possible.
Q: Is there a client available for mac's?
A: There is no in browser or downloadable version for Mac, you could use Parallels or another Windows Emulator to play on Macs but it will not be supported by Bodog.
Q:Where have all of the tables gone?!?!
A: Bodog has decided to hide all full tables as well as removing the wait list option and hiding sng's that are running.
Q: Is Bodog leaving the US market in December?
A: While Bodog Brand is leaving the US market at the end of the year, the operator, Morris Mohawk Gaming Group will remain servicing the players it has for the last 4+ years. This will be, in essence, a branding change. You will still have the same offerings that are available to you now as MMGG will remain on the Bodog Poker Network. In the end the only anticipated player facing change will be a new name and branding. If you have any further questions Customer Service will be happy to answer them.
This is directed at US players only, for International players you can contact Bodog in your region if you have any questions.
To reiterate:
The only change for players with the change at the end of the year is the name of the room. The same operator that has been running it for 4+ years will continue to run the room and it will have the same tournaments and same player pool. Accounts will remain the same, balances will remain, account #'s will remain the same, etc, etc. ONLY player facing change will be the branding.

Sorry for the lack of communication the last few days. My name has been thrown around here a lot and there may be milk cartons in a commercial printing facility somewhere ramping up a "Where's Justin?" campaign. Due to a lot of reasons, most of which having nothing to do with Bodog in general, as of Tuesday I have resigned from my role as the poker room rep.
In the end my goal here was always to give the posters a line to the admins both for incoming answers and outgoing feedback. Mixed into that I relayed my personal feelings about issues as well here and there which I crafted over years in the industry both as an employee and pro. I accidentally spoke a mistruth about the client the other day and for that I'm sorry. I'll take ownership of that post, it wasn't correct. I was working off of what I was told and didn't have any first hand knowledge of the coding itself. I have no reason to believe I was lied to intentionally or anything malicious, in fact, in the case of my point of contact, I'm 100% sure this wasn't the case.
All that being said, its my understanding that the exploit has been closed as of now so hopefully thats a step in the right direction. I do believe that some form of anonymous tables is the ultimate destination for online poker. I can say that with conviction, as someone who's been on both sides of the table its, in my opinion, an eventuality. It's implementation is going to be the thing that evolves though, whether its completely anonymous like Bodog or something with screen names that can change often, etc, etc. I truly believe its where this industry is going to go.
Anyhoo, as I will not be here to answer questions any longer, please direct these questions to Bodog directly. For those of you that were helpful over the two or so years I did this I wanted to thank you for the help in trying to make a better room and for those of you that took a more abrasive approach I wanted to thank you as well as I think you greased the wheels on a lot of issues. Through this entire time, I was attempting to help craft a better room with my input. Some of you agreed with certain things and some of you didn't, such is life. Its been stressful and fun at the same time and I wish you all the best.
