when i read in the newsletter about the "new features", i immediately came on here to flame them. however, if you REALLY have fixed some of the bugs, AND set the default action to "check" when a player times out, then i give you huge props, bodog. you really should be advertising these fixes in the newsletter, not the useless new features. i guess that would be admitting that you actually have had these problems with the software for the last 5 years though...

lol so i wrote an email asking for a reload bonus offer or rakeback for the 50th time. and got a template response....... So i replied,

"thanks for the cookie cutter email.

im glad my 1000s in rake and sports bets are appreciated"

and in response, awesome.................

Is Bodog terminating future rakeback opportunities at some point this month? I think I remember reading it somewhere but wanted to confirm what date it is? Thanks.

is there a way to start a Bodog poker account in the U.S. without involving a bank transaction, such as prepaid visa card?I would rather avoid the hassle of using these things I know nothing about, such as ewallet

You can send via western union. Quick and easy. Call the support number and they will give you instructions.

Any Yankee have any hiccups requesting a payout post 6/1?
06-04-2010 , 01:24 PM
"Bodog contacted us today informing us that starting June 15th no NEW players will be able to sign up and be paid rakeback.
Note that all players up until this point will be paid rakeback as before."

I got it in my account with RB.
I understand it as till 15th it's still possible to register and get rakeback in future. After 15th it's not.

Regs are the ones who get rb. The vast majority of regs on Bodog are way too scared to play one another with no fish. No rb will have no effect on the amount of fish. The amount of traffic, therefore, will not be affected by this at all in my opinion.

I see that the 10:30pm est tourny was changed back to 12min blinds instead of a super turbo. Very Nice!

Yup...$50 for a wire, $150 for WU of $1001-$3000. So gross.

Also, what benefit of the player is it to have tickets expire in three months? Was kind of collecting 100K tickets till I realized I was just under half the max.

How long you wasn't playing on Bodog?
06-05-2010 , 06:29 PM
I created an account and got rb through an affiliate the other day but don't plan on depositing or playing on bodog for a few months. Should this present any problems?

No- as long as the account was set up prior I think you are fine. As long as you are tagged you should be good. You may want to double check with your affiliate just to be sure though.
