I think I'm switching from Bovada to Blackchip.

I was playing today and it seems pretty good. I like the interface, but wish they had pictures next to the screename like Carbon. I have a distinct memory for faces and pictures; it helps me to profile. But, at least they have handles unlike Bovada which is anonymous and at times very boring.

Of course I would rather play pokerstars above all but it is illegal..... grrrr

That's an issue that has been brought up in the past. Unfortunately there isn't any way to adjust the font sizes.

I made a deposit with western union on Friday early night, I called later to give MTCN number and they said it'd take 30min-1hr to process, I went to my class then went home, still not processed, the next day on saturday i woke up to no process so I called them and they told me to wait another hour then call back, I did just that, now it is sunday and I missed the tournaments I wanted to play, they told me to cancel the deposit, get my money back and make another deposit... which sucks because I waited this long and so if I canceled it, there goes that lost time, is anyone else having troubles like this with WU and bcp?

One more problem i meet: Holdem Manager 2 doesnt show HUD on tables, i see waiting for hands and thats all. But hands is calculating in program, see statistic in HM2, but no HUD on tables and in replayer of HM2 too. Does anyone know solution?

This is Definitely an issue. Very hard to play multiple tables. I guess you could change the cards but doesnt help much. Omaha is my main game and its very difficult.

No. You can put a color tag which is visible at the table but not from the lobby.

I feel so scammed by BlackChipPoker

started playing at the beginning of January and after a week or so, there was no progress in BenefitPoints or rakeback. So I connected with live Chat and a guy told me that I will get rakeback per month, "once you complete the 4 weeks".

After 4 weeks playing mainly NL50 and some Nl25 and Nl10 Cash Game there is still no rakeback whatsoever and this time another guy in live chat tells me I was not on rakeback! However, he agreed to give me the money retroactively form the time the first guy told me that I am on rakeback (not form the beginning I started playing).

After I few days the software changes and I start getting rakeback, but not retroactively. So chatting again and this time someone tells me that it is not possible to get it retroactively and that it is not possible to calculate the rake I paid.

You might want to pm one of the representatives in the Winning Poker subforum. They can often straighten these things out.

they are usually pretty slow on these kind of things. just contact them and they will set things right.

maybe this helped solving the issue, it seems like they are able to calculate my rake after all (not that I expected something else). Part of the rakeback now went straight into my account. They didn't pay me rakeback from the beginning I was playing there, but what can I say? Well played BlackChip, invest my $70 in a good way, please!
