Is it normal the support NEVER responds to my emails? Ive written about 5 email til now about different stuff, never got a reply. Live Support isn working as well.
Im not so sure if I will continue playing on BCP, if the Management clealy shows no interest in their customers...
Posting in the WPN subforum instead of what should be a dead thread would probably be beneficial. WPN bought BCP about 2 years ago.
ACR is considered the flagship of the network. It really doesn't make a big difference which skin you play on though. I play on BCP and I'm fine with that. Occasionally ACR will have a special tournament though.
I've been away from BCP because it's been so glitchy, disconnecting me, disconnecting opponents. Decided to peek in tonight to see how things look.
Sit a cash table, no seats. Can't sit.
Open a cash table the lobby indicates has people sat and playing. Nobody there.
If you wanted to teach a class about how to run a poker skin, you could just open BCP, throw it on the overhead and write on the chalkboard "don't do this."
Another night -- Thursday, no less -- and Black Chip Poker is brought to its knees.

Beginning to think BCP is just one machine in one rack in someone's basement. In Calcutta. Running Solaris.
Tonight's adventure started with a timeout and a "took too long to act" sit-out every 30 minutes or so.
Then it was every 10-15 minutes with reconnects taking several minutes.
I just quit the biggest preflop station/postflop nit on the planet because I'm now timing out every hand and losing money. Routes to the servers are clean as a whistle.
Keep up the good work guys. I'm sure your hatred of money will be rewarded in the afterlife.
