I disagree. 40 hours a week in grinding isn't necessary to reap the rewards of Elite Benefits.

Been playing on bovada for awhile now and have done little more than break even ( up a few hundred ) but meh there just isn't much of a point to play on a site with no rakeback and (imo) bad player points system when there are better sites to choose from. Overall bovada isn't bad but i'm just looking for something more and to help my bankroll out.
ACR and BCP's rewards systems are exactly the same.

False, the WPN debit card is faster than any Bovada cashouts. But Bovada is 9.3 on s scale of 10 overall
Also, insofar as traffic goes... it depends on what game(s) and stake(s) one is playing. Currently, WPN has far more NLHE traffic at 25/50 NL than Bovada, but trails in many other game types.
