I still haven't received refunds since last Sunday! Every time I ask support via email I am ignored.

TELL US CLEARLY HOW MUCH WE GOT REFUNDED PER TOURNAMENT!! PLEASE?

They told me to check transaction history which shows no refunds!

I can't believe I used to love you bc. Recently I've had to deal with a check that bounced from black chip, such a waste of time they never made up for. Now all these recent server crashes costing me hundreds since I'm not getting refunded. On top of all this bc won't clearly respond telling me how much I got refunded if any at all.

This is pathetic ... they need to take the server down for a couple days and get all these problems straightened out.

They make way too much money to have the website crashing every other day. Stop lining your pockets for a minute and fix your site.

Ok so I'm a member on another poker forum I dont know if I canpost the name.

So anyways I did few trades with BCP member "atjeff11" few months ago. He also traded with several other members on the poker forum. So today I go on the forum and other members I know that traded with him are saying their accounts are suspended because "atjeff11" reversed the deposits. So they talk to live chat and everything gets resolved and they get their accounts fully reinstated and no money lost.

So at that time my account wasnt suspended but then like 30 mins later it happened. UGH! So I go to live chat and tell them everything saying I'm on another poker forum and traded with this guy months ago, had no idea anything like this could happen. So after talking to support they say they will reinstate my account but confiscate $145??!?!?!??!! WHY? Everyone else got their funds fully back, no problems!

They tell me since the funds were in my account "RichBags" they must be confiscated. But I recently just made a new account so I can get rakeback so closed "RichBags" and had everything transferred to "CrazyHippo" BCP account. The funds I had were all won at the tables. The money I received from "atjeff11" were most likely lost.

But what I don't understand is why was I only one that got money taken away? Why only take $145? when I had $176 at the time? When they said I traded a total of $288 with the scammer. Just doesn't make sense. Why nobody else lost funds.

Then I told the livechatguy nobody else lost money since I talked to them. He told me that cant be because nobody else reported this problem. Which was a complete lie. At the end of the day what I dont understand is why am I the only one who lost funds when the others also traded and didnt lose anything?

I PMd the BCP support guy on here and LiveChat told me to talk to the manager tomorrow mourning at 8am. This isnt right. I think the confusion is due to me making a new account. Others had funds in their accounts that traded with this guy and didnt lose nothing......smh.

*Becareful trading on BCP now. This is bulll**** and I want my $145 back!

Yep, two months ago I got into a heated debate with some posters about BCP. My point was that the site was so pathetically run and disrespectful to it customers that I couldn't support anyone playing on it. I mentioned I'd come back to this thread every once in a while to see if things got any better, because I would like another option for a site to play on. But it seems that it's the same old garbage. I'll continue to stay away and laugh at those who give the site their business. If you continue to accept service far below any reasonable level, then you'll likely continue to get that same crap service.

Will beast payments for september be made today? As in last day of the business week? If not will it be saturday or monday?

Does any one know how the rakeback for this site works? The bonus cash works out to 10% of your rake correct?

For example - i'm using pokertracker 4 - and the screen where it says "Get hands while playing" - it says I raked $70 under the "rake" tab.

But when I collect my bonus cash I only get $3. Also on Raketherake.com it will only say like $30 - $40 has been raked. So how does this work? Is there something i'm missing?

I never believed in checks. I always use western union. The fees are a little high. But I get my money in less than 24 hours and its greenbacks in hand. Never a problem!! I have mostly received good service, and if I feel I am not. I ask for a specific supervisor and he has always made it right. Just as in Any business, you can't make everyone happy.
