why do people get so sketched out about doing a western union deposit or do people just not like walking out of their house? You literally walk into any grocery store that has a WU, grab a western union form to send money too, fill it out and then hand it to the teller behind the counter when your done. They then type in the info on a computer and a couple of mins later will ask you to pay. I've never been asked for an ID, a question of why I'm sending some $$ to someone in the Philippines, or if I knew the person personally. And if they did ask me i would just tell them no or its none of their business; if they don't want my business I'll just go ahead and walk out and go to another Western Union. Its that simple folks.

Trustworthy? Yes. Rakeback promo? Yes, thru an affiliate. But I would read all the posts from about the middle of July to now (since the software "update") to decide if you want to play on this site. I do not, I think they're terrible.

Just the standard rake from the pot. BBJ/Beast is considered a fee rather than rake.

A couple of days ago I emailed support asking for details of what documents I need to send bcp to verify my account and let me withdraw.
After emailing back and forth due to confusion what my email was linked to my bcp account we eventually came to find the right email address. The representative then told me to email him from that email address directly to confirm it was me, I would have been happy to oblige however I had already originally been emailing from that address when I started my inquisition. I asked him if that was not the address Ive been emailing from. I have not heard from him since.
Can you somehow address your support team about the matter and let me know what documents I need to send and where to.

Actually it is none of their business; but if they do ask, just tell them that you are sending money to a friend in that country. When I've sent money, they haven't asked. I send it from the local supermarket. Someone working at a supermarket generally really doesn't care.
