Does anyone know if HM HUD will adjust to a seat change on its own unlike PT4? Lack of preferred seating sucks and partially some of my reason for leaving this site for Bovada.

I'd still like to know one way or another if 5NL HU is something either being considered or, if not, if WPN would consider if enough interest is shown.

I'm running PT 4.08.3 (if memory is correct) and I was having problems with the HUD not appearing. I noticed that the HUD wouldn't appear on "original" tables like "Morinite" but it would appear for "Morinite - 2" or "Morinite - 3".

Turns out there's some kind of weirdness in the hh that causes a failure to match the table window which has a title with spaces PT4 doesn't expect. Or something.

The PT4 people say a fix should be in the next point release. Not sure when that'll be, I'm guessing within a week.

Until then you can just sit the non-first tables or, if you're playing HU, sit the "original" table and sit out immediately. That'll cause a second table to spawn, sit that one, quit the first and voila, the HUD will work.

addendum: FWIW, I recently moved from XP Pro to Win7 (no hardware changes) and wow, massive speed improvement with PT4. I'd say everything happens about 3-4x faster and my db is a non-trivial 500,000 hands.

If you want RB immediately, then yes. There is no way to sign up for RB directly with the site upon account creation. It can be swapped at a later date, but only ONE switch per account is allowed in the LIFETIME of said account. So choosing wisely from the start is important.

If you decide to use the Right-Click > 'Seat me here' option at the tables after being seated you will need to rotate the HUD panels to the proper positions using the 'Settings' menu and clicking the 'Arrow' buttons on each table.

80%? That estimate seems fairly out of alignment with what we have seen in our testing. What games are you playing? Do you straddle, chop, or sit/in out of the big blind often?

If you can find any of these hands/files that don't import properly please email us copies of the original hands from the archive so we can test them, with as much info about the missing hands as you can. We are discussing some issues with their support/developers, regarding a few specific hands that we discovered, but the issues seem to be fairly intermittent and/or game/situation dependent and will require feedback from their developers for us to properly solve.

FWIW I haven't experienced any of these problems on micro stakes nl cash games after 3k hands but some of our testers have and it happened far less often than the 20% of the time you mention.

I haven't had any problems with hem2 importing any hands or the HUD appearing after downloading the latest update. Traffic seems to be up a bit too. Now we just need the software upgrade. C'mon BCP, one time.

with hem2 my last 4 sessions are all off by more than a buy-in. first session off by 18 buyins. second session off by 1+ buy-in, 3rd session off by 8 buyins, and last session off by 2 buy-ins. i dont straddle chop or sit in and out a lot, its mostly HU

Please email us some hands from your archive for sessions/days where you had this problem and we can test them. I will try to play some nl2 hu hands today and see if I can reproduce the problem.

how are you guys getting HM2 to import hands? I don't even see a place to set a HH file in the client. auto detect in HM2 can't seem to find anything, either.

I've had the same experience as you but since I'm nub I didn't want to make a big thing of it.

nostalgia from the main lobby in the BCP client its game info>view hand histories>options>save (note the file name) then in HM go to hand importing>auto import files and manually add the file by clicking on the green + symbol and find the file there.
