To be honest we do not have much say in what games/tournaments run on the network, but I'll talk with the network's tournament director to see if we can get something going.

Any idea what causes the client + tables to sometimes freeze when closing a table? Or what the "Your client has performed an illegal operation, click here to exit" (or whatever it is) popup is about?

I can't seem to figure out why it happens sometimes when closing a table, and at other times I don't experience a problem. It's really stressful trying to table select well, shutting down bad tables, and opening new ones, and always having to worry if my games will freeze or not. And of course the times they do, I'm out some money and have timed out at multiple tables.

yea i just dont close em anymore and just leave em all up... Adjustament!

Support just credited my account $10.70 because of tournament issues. IT wasn't the full amount I lost but it is still nice that I got a little back.

Try clearning the cache of your Internet Explorer.

Question to other players: Did anyone notice a bug on the CAP tables? I was allowed to minraise for 1 Small Blind preflop and bet 1 Small Blind post flop which makes no sense at all ... either way, sent in screen shot and hand history to support.

I noticed that when I attempted a deposit, there wasn't an option for credit cards? Is that a bug or is that true? No more visa deposits on the site? Just Western Union/Person to Person?

BCP rep,
I received and cashed a check for about 2.3k on 2/12 from xxxxxxx. I just found out today that my bank initiated a chargeback to my account for the check on march 25th, with a 15$ bounced check fee and lots of other nasty stuff looming. I'd really appreciate if you could look into this for me.

First, I'd recommend removing who the check was from. Always a bad idea in the current US environment to go posting specific processor information on the internet.

Second, it's interesting that your bank took 6 weeks to bounce the check. I know a lot of banks state up to 6 weeks to clear an international check but I always considered that an outside, CYA sort of estimate. I'm wondering if they attempted to re-present it a few times before giving up.

FWIW bounced checks for US players is not at all unheard of, from any site/network. It even happened with Stars and FT in the pre-BF days. So I wouldn't panic, and it's not like you're on Lock where getting another check would probably take another 4 months, LOL. I'm sure they'll take care of you.

There are regular stack depth hu tables at every stack but 2/4. Why is there only 2/4 short hu tables? Can we please get 100bb stack tables at this stake please.

However, this was regarding an Ipad purchased through the store. Not sure what the timeframe is for smaller items, but I would assume they are probably close to the same

The bank said that the processor had closed the account. They also said it's "normal" for an international check to take that long for them to get their money when they have to send the physical check out of the country, and that they advance me the money to my account "in good faith" until they get their end taken care of.
BCP has the money in my poker account. Livehelp agent said that their accounting department caught the situation, and they'll send a new check + the bounce fee as soon as they can. No update so far as to when that will be.
In the current landscape of online poker I realize theres going to be problems. That being said, does this mean that any poker check now is essentially floated money for that amount of time? Going back to Full Tilt days, I've had 6 out of 11 checks that have actually made it to the bank bounce. I'm just glad that i had enough in my checking account to (barely) cover bills for the month.
I'm very disappointed in general about finding a Merge skin that wants to stay on that network. With Poker View today, this is the third time that my skin has bolted, losing my notes again and costing me hundreds in lost points, check fees, and deposit fees.
I can howl at the moon all I want and not change anything. Maybe the situation with online poker in the US is worse than it appeared and it's time for me to jump ship.

Whats the current timeframe been running on beast payments? I only play PLO so i never made beast in previous months.... but i am getting back a couple hundred this month and just wondering how long they are running. Im guessing about a week or so?
