Hi, many flaws with new software.... Can't enjoy fully experience on Bcp.... First of all in the lobby filter need to be fixed... When you click down button on keyboard to scroll down, window with events info trying to pop up.... That's not useful only lags computer and does not even work properly, blank window pops up blocking other events... Also filter in the lobby has to be changed because in no way you can set the filter to able to easy navigate thru events schedule, had to scroll down nonsense events to get to late reg or correct time.... Tried different variations on filter lobby but none reach optimum way of navigating easy to see which event is next... Also time bank, should be auto on when enter event, in case of bad connection or need to insta time bank without clicking anything in case of emergency..... Also clock, can't pick right one for standard eastern.... Never matches my actuall hour tried all, not easy to navigate because of that.... Also, where is seat selection in settings? No way of making notes easy or quick for next time information over players avatar.... Also missing all in button! Please fix lobby to able to navigate easier thru tournaments... Should be option in filter to be able to bring up on TOP in lobby tournaments, all late reg and upcoming... Without looking for them and even missing some because can't find event....Will post more flaws when get back from live event.....

Yes i have this sometimes aswell.
I think it occurs more if there are less players.

Is only one deposit eligible for a sign up bonus? On stars, you can make multiple deposits in a certain ammount of time (60 days?) that in total count as the first deposit. Not sure if that's standard or not.

The problem I was having with opening the software on my mac was fixed by upgrading to the newest OS X.

this is happening to me too. the affiliate site has been down a lot lately, and when it's not it's really laggy and slow, and sometimes not updating right.

I played my first high volume Sunday with the new software and honestly the new tournament lobby is about as bad as possible

There is no reason registered tournaments should move to the top, no reason the filter should be so impossible to navigate, and the color schemes are so boring that I wasn't excited to sign up for anything

Can you please comment on

1) Will the mini-mode from last version which made it soo much easier to multi table, be happening?

2) The cards NEED to be bigger this is a MUST when will this be fixed?

3) Can we make a way to eliminate the chips and have them be numerical instead?

I sent merge (bcp) a withdraw last month, 5/16. They wanted a copy of a phone bill. I sent it to them. Asked if there was anything else they needed. They said no, it just takes time.

After emailing them 3 times in the past 4 days, they finally replied back to me.

They said they cannot process my withdraw unless other requirements are met now. WTF?? Eventhough I did not deposit with a credit card, they need my info? They need a copy of my drivers license.

They should absolutely not be asking for your credit card info (if you didnt use one to deposit). Drivers license is standard, not sure about phone bill, I was not asked for that.

If they are in fact asking for CC#, I wonder if its even a real email you got, or if its a rogue employee or scammer.

Copy of utility bill and License/Passport are standard for all poker rooms.

I love how your registered in tourneys all go to the top. It would be nice to see a little more options to tweek our lobby personally. I mean I know yo ucan change certain things like lobby balance shown, points/vip shown ect. But it would be cool to have alot more options. Like displays vip points/ and display cashier balance on hover.

Just a couple little things, but it takes time and suggestion for improovement

A CC copy scanned would just be them trying to get extra confirmation. I am sure.

Regarding verification: A copy of your card (and card details on the verification form) will only be requested for cards you have registered in the cashier of your BCP account.

If you didn't register any cards at BCP you can write N/A in that section of the verification form.

Also, we recommend: when you enter your card details on the verification form use XXXXXX for the middle six digits, and you can block the middle six digits and the CVC/CVV number on the back of your card when you scan/photograph it.

<Mergfe> No, this will not be happening. Players can set up their tables to work like mini mode did by following the instructions in the support section (Support » Poker Features » Mini Mode)

Thanks for those answers, I've tweaked aroudn with my settings and like the new look I've created.


As for the eliminating the chips and having them be numerical, i changed multistack chips to never and its still showing chips, if i recall correctly in the old merge you cna change it all to numbers and not see chips on the screen
