The oss 200K starts at 7pm. I'm very confused as to what exactly this satellite gives entry to

Ive won about 9 .50c sattelites while playing towards the "micro race" and every time i recieved the WRONG ID #.
That problem lead to ALOT of inactives in the $22 tourn it gives you entry to.

I play on alot of diff sites and BCP is one of the most unorganized and hard to follow of all of em.

Keeping track of tourn entries is a full time job on BCP

I just wanna make sure that I will be regged in the 200K should I finish in the top 100.

Right now there are like 120 entries...so its so +EV to play it. But, they have the time and ID number wrong. This has me nervous

When you click cashier,Theres usually a phone # there.try calling and asking to speak to someone reguarding tech support.Its worth a shot if youre tha concerned

MY BCP client has been crashing on me a bunch the last few days, Has this been happening to others as well? or is it just me

Don't close any tables while u have a big hand going. I think they are updating the site the day after the OSS is over to fix a few bugs. I'm hoping this is one of them that gets fixed.

I too had this problem. Yes, the numbers in the Sats are useless to us.

From the main lobby (cash or tourney) click on Game Info at the top, then My Tournaments, where you should (I did) find the games that you are currently registered in, and this should show the games you won entry into. If not, then call support.

For the love of christ when is the new software coming out? Can you guys please give us a general time frame at least? End of February? Mid-March? I'm trying to be patient but if the software is so far off that you can't even tell us the general time of it's release then i'm moving my $ elsewhere.

The software is complete garbage. My client crashed while I was deep in a tournament, I immediately log back in, go to "My tournaments" and it is no where to be found. I immediately call live support, I give them my name and explain to them what is going on and for them to please hurry because Im most likely inactive, and getting blinded away (blinds 4k/8k) I believe. They ask for the tournament number, and I explain that I cannot get it because it's obviously not showing the tournament at all. I eventually find it in Pokertracker, and give it to them. They pull the tournament up, yup it's the right one, but guess what? Im no longer in it (obviously because I've been raped by the blinds) I try to explain again, after I thought for sure now that they found this they would recognize that something happened with their software. NOPE!! I'm told that the client crashed because of a flash problem and that it was on my end... R U SERIOUS?? I explain that I immediately logged back in (within 30 seconds) and went to locate the tournament, which wasn't there, how can it be MY fault????

This is absurd, stop denying that your software has flaws, especially when the evidence is clear. Are you really going to lose customers over these stupid issues?
