Yes, you will need to resubmit your withdrawal and have your account verified also. You can communicate directly with support if you have any problems.

You're going to find that this software is missing many things that seem like they would be standard on any poker site. There is new software being developed that fixes many of these problems. Before you ask, no, there isn't a time frame.

I am, but i was also still accruing vip points on the old bcp client. It qualified me for freerolls, it gave me a few points for tourney buyins, and as I was told in this thread at some point if i wanted to switch between rakeback and vip i could if the time came when one was more viable than the other. A lot of that changes if i'm just a flat 35%.

I can't find specifics anywhere on the site to get my account verified.

I see the steps needed to get access to the debit card, are these the same things we need to do to get our accounts verified to withdraw via check?

License, bill if address isn't the same, CC front and back if you deposit w/ CC(or intend to for that matter)

Is it possible to login to BCP through the internet and not via the client? I have a mac, and have no plans to purchase software just to play on BCP.

However, I do have a withdrawal that I now need to re-request. I also need to verify my account again.

Is this the same for anyone else?

Also, what are the typical Skrill timeframes for the new cashier? I had a max skrill withdrawal pending for 2+ weeks before the move.

I was NOT prompted to change my screen name even though the exact one exists on WPN. My screen name now shows with the prefix "bcp-". How do I go about selecting a new name?

I've read the thread so I'm all caught up on old tourney tickets and tourney king.

What I'm interested to know is whether Winning Poker Network has any SNG leaderboards or MTT leaderboards. The WPN website just sends you to each of the skins.

confirmed. i just emailed them my verification, and i got mailer-daemon.

*Verification Instructions*

If a customer deposited via CC (visa, MC), they need to send the following to security@blackchippoker.com:

• Copy of the back and front of the CC(s) they used to deposit;
• Agreement form filled out - download it here (Digital exchange CC form.zip);
• Copy of their official ID (government issued);
• A recent utility bill under their name;

If a customer deposited using a third party deposit method, such as Neteller, MoneyBookers, WU, MG, Instadebit, Click2Pay, PayBy Voucher etc., they need to send the following to security@blackchippoker.com:

• Copy of their official ID (government issued);
• A recent utility bill under their name.

what if we never deposited and want to withdraw, but got funds from p2p transfers back when BCP was on Merge?

Not able to log-in. WHen I open the application it says " connecting to server" but nothing happens.. BCP website is also not loading.
