agree with this - Nathan's had top-notch communication and customer service in here as far back as I can remember. Obviously there's a good reason he hasn't been able to post anything substantive lately. Please cut him some slack.
I personally have had a BCP check pending since September 8, and I have a sizeable balance on Black Chip as well, and so I feel your guys' pain on both those fronts. At the same time, I'm completely confident that everything will be resolved satisfactorily, and soon.
