Please notify your web developer that the "Bad Beat Jackpot" promotion is still listed in detail on these pages... Should have been snap updated after the final BBJ paid out. False advertisement and simply another reason to discourage new players / deposits.

These sites also lists some news / promotions that could be misinterpretted. While it does say this is the news page, none of the articles are dated. So when one article says the freeroll has increased from 100 seats to 125 seats to the new 125k guarantee starting feb 19th 2012, there is no way for a casual visitor to your site to know that the 125k guarantee no longer exist and the bbj was a thing of the past. At the very least if not to update the page to reflect current promotions, date the old articles so it is less confusing.

Not sure if BCP or Merge, but the fact Account -> Player to Player transfer exists and is not even greyed out is beyond annoying.

This should have been removed in an update on Nov. 1st when put into effect. At this point its a useless redirect link that tells you merge no longer does P2P... Waste of time. If they reintroduce it, put it back on the client, but for now its just another easily misinterpretted 'feature' .

Also under Support in the client, there is another listing for BBJ. Seems best to remove unless reintroduced in the future.

How do u know he isnt giving the finger to BCP itself instead of just the rep? We all know the rep isn't to blame for the lack of communication.

agree with this - Nathan's had top-notch communication and customer service in here as far back as I can remember. Obviously there's a good reason he hasn't been able to post anything substantive lately. Please cut him some slack.

I personally have had a BCP check pending since September 8, and I have a sizeable balance on Black Chip as well, and so I feel your guys' pain on both those fronts. At the same time, I'm completely confident that everything will be resolved satisfactorily, and soon.

agoo, to put it kindly, you don't have a very good grasp of the situation here. learning more about the facts, as well as being more polite, would probably be useful.

just in relation to your question - merge holds, and always has held, player balances in their central cashier. bcp - a skin on merge - has no control over how fast merge processes your bcp cashouts.

1. I would have a better grasp if they stopped jerking us around, and keeping everything a secret when we ask them what is going on. I have been nothing but upmost respectful when contacting people for information as to why no one still has their checks after two whole months, and after several weeks of non-answers and corporate babble, now I am hearing "we are going to talk about this anymore." So please excuse if the BCP's behavior is of a little annoyance to me.

2. Players on the other skins have now received their money. This is no longer a merge problem. This is a BCP problem.

My thoughts exactly. The're not processing BCP cash outs for a reason and the longer this takes the longer it's going to be before we get our money.

Yes, it's clear it's a BCP thing. I agree with Barbara though, be patient, the money will get to u, little hiccup right now is all. I am just a player though and know nothing, but I'm confident we will get the monies
