Firstly, please note that the rake on WPN is the same as it is on Merge, so I don't understand your reference to "high rake."
I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've been having. Merge used to provide banking, now it's provided by WPN, hence the need to re-verify everyone as the verification documents were not sent from merge to WPN when we moved network.
Most people have been verified without incident or inconvenience. Given the problems you've had, please can you send the above explanation (your original post) along with your documents to
vip@blackchippoker.eu and ask Louisa to help you get your account certified. She will check the image quality, and help you get a clearer version if necessary.
