I had noticed that my bonus cash was taking an awfully long time to release. I played a fair amount of action over the weekend and the $215 200k tourney but still release was at a near standstill. Stayed between $5-$6 bucks released total. I contacted support to inquire into how this process worked on BCP exactly and was told that tourney fees are not counted towards gathering player points or bonus release. I find this hard to believe to be true, as it would be the first site i've heard of not to count tourney fees towards points/bonuses. ill put the chat log below.

bcp tourney tables do not pop up or sound alert when action is needed. this is killing me! i believe i have all the right settings in place. how can this be fixed?

man, thats scary, i think bcp could be a great fit for me, they have a very nice rewards system, identical to stars? reading things like that though ^^^ makes me second guess playing here. How can i get the high VIP tiers when the software is sub par. tables not popping to front is horrendous, a disaster. I want to stack my tables and play your site, but no preferred seating??? Horrendous, a disaster. I do not think there are hotkeys either, i will look into this further but any help appreciated.

I just tested the software and it seemed okay though, my tables seemed to pop to front ok and i dont use sound. It was a breif 5 minute trial run though and i did not open many tables. Anyway, the attractive VIP tiers are such a stretch on a mediocre software, mediocre at best for certain. i thought an upgrade was on the way? Stack sizes, bet sizes, player names, other necessary information like blind level change; it all needs to be displayed bigger. you're table software has to much space, unused space. The "my folded cards" needs removed, i folded, i do not care; if i did I would remember what I had anyway. The chat and stat box should be optional. They to take up to much space, there are other elements that are more important to be more visible, mentioned above.

Preferred seating is the most important of everything mentioned. It makes our lives way easier when we want to mass table and create the rake . Please update some things so I can come give your site a try. A sng leaderboard and mtt leaderboard would be awesome to. I saw the sng promotion you ran which I will give some credit to. I want to try achieving the highest level sometime in my life by averaging ~8 hours of poker each day for the calendar year, I can't do it on an ugly software though.

wow at this to, i just checked promotions and 85% of them are guaranteed tournaments. There is not one lucrative promotion in the "current promotions." I hear the beast and the BB jackpot are simply rake collectors, where there is a petition to remove them, and the rest are advertised tournaments, not one promotion giving anything to the player. is the 10k SNG thing each month now? I thought it was a one time thing, but if monthly, that is great

my honest opinion is that if there was a little more volume, we could get a lot of players from merge and bovada over to WPN.

1. more cash tables of certain levels.
2. more tournaments. i and surely lots of people would be willing to help out with this. The main thing that players at merge have told me about why they stay there is tourney schedule.

If we can get a formiddible tourney schedule for WPN, then that could bring a lot of players over to WPN. and have basically the best network for USA players.

Anyone else get connection/lag/DC issues recently on the site? I have noticed whether I am on cash table, sng, or mtt's there are certain times during a session where the table will almost stop for a few minutes and everyone sitting will time out and have to click "deal me in quickly before losing their hole cards.

Is this just a problem on my end? Has anyone else had something like this happen before?

Ha ha Well NO one is certainly going to beg you to play anywhere however if enjoy the idea of 2-3 day cash outs on a debit card as opposed to waiting 2+ months for a check in the mail from merge and lock maybe BCP's 4 u.
Ohh and please dont say "ohhh the debit fee" if you cant handle a few bucks for a 2-3 cash go wait 2 months for a check that could bounce.
Am i shilling for BCP certainly not however ive gotten to the point to where i despise lock and merge ABSURD cash out times.

Is there a Sportsbook attached to BCP? I don't see anything listed on the main page of the BCP website. I however see if you go to the support page there is a whole FAQs on the sportsbook, but I think that is posted by default because its the same website as the other skins.
