all american players that didn't play a hand on stars after BF until 2012 get to start 2012 with the amount of vpps that they had on BF. so if u had 500K vpps last year when BF hit, and waited for January 1st to get back on stars, u get to start 2012 with 500K vpps for the year. all US players had that option to wait til now. gl on sne everybody!!

reason for related chat is due to last year when people were discussing relocations and some randoms complained to the mods that there were offtopic posts which caused the mods to delete them.

its basically just there so random troublemakers cant legit report anything.
