Hey guys, I'm strongly considering making a run at elite next year. Any tips on what to do about burnout? I love poker but I can imagine hating life after about a few months on non stop grinding. What do you do when you reach that point?

make a plan figure out what you need, then figure out what is humanly possible in a given month. Then do that for the first few months rather than doing it in november and december like the rest of us morons...if you are still up for it, cruise to SNE like a bawssss

I touched on the topic of burnout in my blog a few weeks ago- cliffs are that you should make a plan and stick to it, and slow and steady is a hell of a lot better than grinding stupidly hard for a while then taking a longer than normal break and repeating that pattern.

assuming you are referring to them auto-doing stupid stuff particularly when you drag them to the edges of the screen? its a windows problem, not a stars problem tho
