we all know that coffeine can have some really positive effects(no tiredness, more focus etc etc) but our body will get used to it so after a while of daily continued consumption the effects wear off and instead of getting positive effects when consuming caffeine we get negative effects when NOT consuming it.
A simple way to counter this problem is cycling caffeine off
you get all the positive effects when ON and no negative effects when OFF(like headaches or being jittery)
a pretty optimal ratio is 3/1 or 4/1 on/off but the "ON" phase cant be too long(3 months is too long) or your body gets used to it and you would have to go trough a bad "acclimatization" phase when "OFF"
this is the reason why you have such a hard time to go off now, your body is used to the coffeine so you feel like **** when not taking it
