Also this is the same exact account I have cashed out a few hundred thousand from over the course of 3 years for increments anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand and now when I want to make this one large cashout INTO THE SAME EXACT ACCOUNT AS ALWAYS they are really going to ask me for these documents?

Seems pretty unnecessary especially if you were using wires with the same bank account info the whole time.

I'm super impressed with how quickly Stars got our balances back into our hands and I have faith they're doing everything possible to get us our FPP/Package $$.

Really? You have made a few hundred k yet are too simple to realize that it is the way money was moved around that is why we are in this mess? Instead of saying thank goodness we are going to get our money out which was a worry a week ago. Instead we are moaning about scanning a few documents!
They really are doing a hell of a job to do what they can, it cant be easy.

heh i had the exact same reaction. in fact i think my first email back was something along the lines of "lol, seriously?"

but i think its most likely just extra security due to all that has happened and once i gave the docs it was fixed up in less than an hr

It still isn't clear. Especially when you add the "...all at once" at the end of the sentence. I have screenshots of every part of the process of the withdrawal, and nowhere does it say you will only be able to withdraw once. In fact, on the third screenshot of the process, it specifically states that "Only one check per week will be issued," openly implying that well can request checks in the future, one per week maximum.

I only bring this up because, 1) your attempted clarification needs to be further clarified, and 2) what are players to do if they followed all of the PokerStars instructions, read every word, withdrew their entire amount of funds as instructed, and then in the future FPPs are exchanged for cash and they have more money now in their account. Obviously they should be allowed to cash that out as well. I think this is what you were saying, although you muddied the waters with the "...all at once" phrase again [meaning you can withdraw all your current funds in one transaction, and if you happen to get more funds in your account in the future you will be able to withdraw those as well in a second "all at once" cash out].

So could you please clarify this?

It is all VERY VERY VERY obvious. Stars setup the cashier so that when USA player withdraw funds, it only allows them to withdraw all of their money at once. If you withdraw all of your money today and then you get credits next week, you can withdraw all of your balance from previously mentioned credits next week.

Personally, Id like to see some manual option for SNE players so that they can leave some bankroll on Stars to grind with when they move but oh well.

It is clear now. You can cash out multiple times, but every cash out must be for your entire balance. By all at once he meant you can't leave money in there after a cash out.

I appreciate the responses to this post, but I'd like to hear PS Steve's clarification/verification on the topic.

I have not gotten my WCOOP credit either. Have you already lost SNE status b/c I did after February and maybe that's where the confusion is. Or maybe they're just doing the credits by last name, mine begins with Z.

Steve, quick question (probably too early to tell, since there's no agreement about the FPPs at all yet, but assuming we're eventually able to cash them):

I was just over 75% of the way to SN for this year (~75k VPPs, ~185k FPPs)...any chance of getting a somewhat-better-than-platinum rate on the cash bonuses, or am I likely to get stuck with the $650 bonuses?

This actually isn't a new thing, they did this before this happened. I got this request sent to me around like December I believe. Well I had just moved out of WA so I just sent this info to them, I replied and said did you guys lose it in 1 month? They said nm cash out. Then in February they asked for it again, this time they wouldn't take the "i just sent it to u" argument. A little annoying but not really a big deal, I'm guessing a lot of us will get this since our cashouts are likely to be larger than most that we've made.

I don't mean this in an offensive way, I'm sure you make a LOT more money than me every year in poker, but I gotta say you are the craziest grinder that I know of.

You absolutely bust your ass in December to get SNE then don't even hit 50k once in January or Feb?? Weren't you getting 50k in like 2 days in December??

Where is this answered? I've read all of Steve's posts and don't see it anywhere...
