$20k. but also a WCOOP Main event seat ($5,200), the 5X FPP multiplier, and a lot of little perks like SNE-exclusive VIP Freerolls.

Steve, sorry if this question was asked before, but if you buy the 590,000 FPP package through the VIP store, do you receive the 50k VPP next year and the other little bonuses?

And what level do you have to be to purchase the FPP package?

FPP purchases of live event packages require PlatinumStar VIP Status.

There may have been an error on the webpage with the prices of the FPP packages, some data may have been copied from last year instead of being updated for this year. I cannot verify that the FPP price of the package will be 590,000 FPPs, it was planned to be higher.

Yes, you can receive the extras for signing the T&C (provided that you do) if you buy the package with FPPs.

when and where did stars change the 2nd option to 10k? you can now take 2 10k bonuses instead of live mtts?

Link it please.

Not sure why people are happy about this though. They just basically slightly outdid FTP, as usual, which is great obv, but they didn't go above and beyond. Which is stars MO. It really just feels like they give a **** less and less every month. I mean I love stars, And I assume I may not be alone here, but whoever, ran things last year either made the worst decisions of all time, or whoever is doing it this year, is making it worse. Or both.

I got standard email and zero credit.

I played tens of thousands of hands with each player.

WTF

Did you get this credit recently, chali?

I got my email. Quite a few interesting and new revelations into this Furbean/Fua99 saga. As it stands I am currently extremely unhappy as I have not been compensated a penny. I countered the Collusion Specialists initial response and I hope that this matter will get resolved in a fair manner. Pokerstars has a history of reaching the right verdict in the past and I hope the trend continues.

Sect, in the email I got from them it was made clear they will not be crediting for "lost" VPP (or whatever you want to call them).

But now I am wondering why others received credits while others didn't. I didn't play nearly as much with those guys as maybe you or others did but it was still significant, tens of thousands of hands. I am wondering if one of their criteria is how you performed against those players ie if you BE or won money, you get zip.

If that's the case, I certainly don't agree with the methodology but either way we have to acknowledge it's tricky for them to figure out a way to compensate other players.

Either way, I would like more details and requested accordingly; however, I am highly doubtful we receive clarification because their policy is not totally transparent in issues like this imo from what I've seen in the past. Doesn't hurt to try though I figured.

I received a credit just a couple days after they stopped playing, and received another one just a couple hours ago, although this one was only for $12 and some change... better than nothing I guess.

That being said, it came along with their usual email stating that they will not release the names of the cheaters, so I have no clue who this one is because of.

I can say that the chances of me playing the ME will be 60% instead of 10% if the package only costs 590,000 FPP.... since 62.5 (value of FPP at $4000 bonus) x $11,000 (low-end value of the package I think)= 687,500.

I received two credit of collusion not sure if one is from fua9999/furbean. I am happy stars did something. The amount was not much at all. The lost in vpp is way way less then what you guys think and I probably played 300k hands with them so trust me I am not upset at all.

I am not talking about vpp loss. I'm talking about the types of credits you got which not everyone received who logged many hands with these players.

Although apparently they are not finished yet so we will see.

I'm not sure if everyone got the same email but this is the part that worried me the most.

"There are several factors to this case, which I have enumerated below.

1) We are aware that the player 'furbean' has made public
comments claiming that he was barred for 'softplaying' on
PokerStars. This is false. These players were barred for
maliciously hole card sharing, and engaging in best hand play."

Mostly, yes. I have a soft spot for those who are playing EPT Monte Carlo and didn't get upgrades, and sometimes things get shaken up at the last minute with cancellations and the perfect order isn't followed exactly.

Yes, I realize that there are many other benefits so I wasn't trying to downplay it. I was just talking about the cash portion that you'll receive after hitting 1M VPP. I thought the WSOP package was worth $10K+$1K hotel+$1K travel and expenses and that you only got the travel and expense $1K once you actually booked. The FAQ is a little confusing.

I received a 2nd moderate sized credit today, which makes me wonder if there were more cheaters snagged than I originally suspected. There are still a few semi high volume players unaccounted for. Maybe Stars hired some new kick ass security guy (team) in the last few months who finally laid the hammer down on some of the more obvious cheaters.

This may be obvious to many of you, but I can't seem to find where Diamond789 was caught cheating. What was his infraction? Were there others involved?
