It's likely too late to get it included for the launch but if enough people show they want it to Stars I see no reason why it wouldn't be put on the development list.
Even if they add PLO6 on their development list, its going to take years to see it get added in the client

I remember badgering Lee Jones for PLO6 on Stars way back 07 08 kinda time. He told me he couldn't see a future where a tier 1 site spread it. It was the only decent thing about FTP when they finally added it.

Is there a currency exchange fee for depositing EUR -> USD from Neteller?
Trustly fine too if there's no fee.

what's the conversion rate for FT coins to Stars coins?

Don't know if this is the right place to post but here goes: FT emailed me explaining that my FTP points are going to expire if I don't earn a fraction of a point in the next few days. I haven't played in forever but I've got 90k points - should I even be worried about losing this amount? What would be the best way to turn the points into cash?

90k points would be worth around $400-$450 I believe.

I have about half as many as you, and am planning to buy tournament tickets with them before the merge with Stars. I understand these will then be converted to T$ on Stars which you can use or sell on here @99%+ of face value

Thanks for the answer. I have almost no money online - I can transfer $22 from Stars to FT - what's the easiest way to earn a point in order to stop them expiring?

If it's a fraction of a point needed then just play a raked cash hand or any tournament / SNG etc.

What's the deal with receiving different exchange rates in the UK on FTP?

I deposited on 03/03/16 and received $1.38/£ and if I deposit today I get $1.39/£ yet when I withdrew a couple of days ago I received $1.46/£ which is obviously worse for me getting paid in pounds. There's no option to deposit and withdraw in £ as there is on Pokerstars as far as I'm aware so am I being screwed over or is this normal?

Need an answer to this question: I have about 15 million in play chips on Full Tilt. Will they be transferred to Stars and if not, is there any way I can sell them? (even if I only get a couple of dollars for them, at least it's something)

Not sure if this merits a thread of its own, but Full Tilt are being incredibly obtuse about returning a deposit I made a few days ago. As soon as I had deposited, I was kicked off the software and couldn't log in; a few hours later I received an email telling me that I was undergoing a security check to send some documents. Note that this was sent to an email which I had used to query being unable to log in; NOT to the email registered to the account (to which I no longer have access).

So I sent the documentation they asked for (proof of address, driving license, debit card, and a picture of me holding both of the latter two), and received a response telling me that they could only accept those from the email registered to my account. I responded, reminding security that I no longer had access to that email.

They then told me that some of the images weren't a high enough quality for them to accept, regardless of the fact that the very same images were accepted by another poker site. Because I was only really depositing to clear the first deposit bonus before the merge, I then decided it was too much trouble to go and buy a scanner and a better camera to take these images, and informed them of that, asking them to refund my deposit to the card from which it was made. This shouldn't be a security problem, right?

I have received no response to this request, instead, receiving multiple copies of the same stock emails ("Document Request" and "Unregistered Email Address"), which in no way addressed the content of the (short) emails I had sent trying to get my money back. It is clear that security isn't even reading my emails, or indeed checking their own prior communication with me, at this point.

I can not afford to be $600 out of pocket because of some incompetent security department.

If there's any Full Tilt rep reading this, my user ID is DefiniteArticle, the registered email address is joseph.towse@****.ox.ac.uk, and the email I have been using is joseph.towse@****.co.uk (I don't really want my full email addresses in a public forum, if you need to know more, PM me, or ask security to read the emails I have sent).

They prob wont return ur dep before u send in the docs. And why do you no longer have access to your old email? Good luck with that but i dont see too many good things coming your way regarding this matter

Looks like his old email was his uni email.

You should get it resolved, ask them to pass your case to a manager. Stars/FT first level support barely speak English nowadays, waste of time going back and forth with them.

Cheers, will do.

Tbh I don't see the security risk in issuing a refund to the debit card I deposited with.

To be honest I got pissed off and haven't tried again in a while. I'm going to send them about a GB of video files soon.

Belated thanks for this reply.

I have another question (although it's probably futile since they will be merging with Pokerstars soon).

I decided to play on Full Tilt last weekend because I saw I had a couple of unused $1 tournament tickets. I managed to run up a balance of $0 up to a few hundred before withdrawing yesterday. But I wasn't earning ANY full tilt points for my play. I'm certain I was still paying rake.

It clearly states on the website that you are supposed to earn full tilt points for your play - 10 points for every $1 contributed in rake. Why wasn't I earning any points?

We need a petition to save Full Tilt. Full Tilt needs to revive itself, reintroduce nosebleed stakes, invite back all the pros, get itself running in the US again, and start PAD again. Who's with me?

The time and opportunity for anything like this is loooooong gone.
