And what leads you to this conclusion? I've never seen a poker site give you free money only to take it away. If anything, they will require play through requirements to withdraw it. Although, it doesn't show up under bonus money like it normally does on the Party client and shows as being able to be withdrawn, so who knows. If they were to take the bonus money away, and any money won with it, that would be a fiasco and the worst possible PR move they could make.

Found out by trial and error that WSOP passwords need to contain at least one capital letter. Popup hint does not specify use of a cap, nor does interface specify why my passwords were being rejected.

I understand the promotion going forward is going to be $20. I don't understand how you or your friend are concluding that they will take away a promotion they already gave out. It makes no sense at all for them to do that. I will personally send you $50 through paypal, skrill, or cash in hand at the Borgata this weekend if they do. With that being said, there is no way the are taking money given as a promotion out of your account. It defeats the whole purpose of the promotion to begin with...

I'm getting frustrated with my location not being verified on WSOP and Borgata/Party. Ultimate is no problem. I did uninstall a Citrix program hoping that would work. No dice. What else do I have to do?

I had heard trips used interchangeably and now that I think about it, I have not heard trips in a while.

Given your comment about a difference, without even looking it up, I can figure out that trips is using only one hole card, given that I do know set mining is always used when a player has a PP.

(PS: Not that it matters much but opponent was the one with KT so he flopped trips on the TT9 board. I had JJ ).

I haven't read the latest since they were initially denied with reasons citing Isai Scheinberg's not having turned himself in as a big reason they were not approved.
Apparently leadership concessions *may* be one way, according to an interview with David Rebuck (NJ DGE director), they might grant them [Pokerstars] a NJ online gambling license.

PS and FTP have the best software of the sites I have seen so far.

My wsop password has no capital letters. It has lower case letters, a special character, and a number.

Look around for a pair of buttons that make no sense. Click on the button that is not depressed. It will change the lobby view to one which makes sense.

Does someone know how using multiple skins works with PT4? I have it configured for Borgata as a PartyPoker client, so if I eventually also sign up for PartyPoker, do I have to reconfigure it to point at its hand history directory? I can't see any other way around it. That would be kind of a pain to do so every time I switch between Borgata and Party, although there probably isn't much of a reason to play both often.

I would ask PokerTracker support, but I assume they'll say we don't support the NJ sites. At least I saw that's the stance Holdem Manager is taking.

I just looked at that PP/Borgata lobby once and closed it. I think the software automatically selects a seat for you once you make a selection of the stakes and the game you want to play. It looks like another decision from party similar to the player segregation based on skills.

I could be wrong about this but I remember reading something along those lines.

all the websites have the same standards for your password. it's really annoying but falls in line with the whole "air tight" security thing they have going on. Between 8 and 12 characters, one capital letter and one special symbol.

On Merge I can't combine my different names. Not sure if there is a way to do it, but I haven't figured it out. I'd assume it'd be the same for Party/ Borgata. If you want to ask them just post about another multiple skin network. Let me know.

The Borgata client locked up on me after just under 3 hours of on and off play tonight.

In case Borgata support is monitoring this thread and logging issue reports, here is some more info:

It apparently happened after first clicking on the filter to see if they had any Limit games running (could not change the filter) and / or when I clicked on the tourney tab.

Running Win 8 64 bit.


Looks like the Limit games are not running right now (just a bunch of empty tables).

Any info on if PartyUS/Borgata will be doing player segregation like ROW Party Poker?
