Borgata says I have the $50 signup in my account, but then says I have insufficient funds to play anything. I can't even deposit because I get this message:
Important Info:
We are currently in a test phase, so some of the cashier functionality is not available at the moment.

We will be deploying our full cashier as we progress through the soft launch test period.

I know a lot of people had trouble with Party Poker, but I got on there, got my signup money, and started playing without a problem.
Can't get anything going with Borgata. Any ideas?

No I didn't have an account created when I got the email. I did however sign up to be a tester

Very excited to be able to resume playing poker in the US without the concern i'm just donating to a ponzi scheme. Been out of the loop a long while now.

How are things going for us Jersey residents and which room would you recommend playing at for the most volume? I was going to give the Borgata a go tonight but wasn't thrilled about having to provide my social security number over the internet. Is this required at all of them?

I have a Borgata black card, but the color of the chip in my lobby is red, and it says I'm red label when I hover over it. The iRewards might be different than the B&M rewards, or maybe they just didn't link them yet.

btw, I was able to sign up, get my $50.01, and start playing even though I didn't sign up in advance to be a tester.

Do they send you a code every time you play or just once?

I just important hands from borgata into PT4, and it worked fine. They come in as party hands. Then I tried importing while playing, and that worked too. HUD configured for party worked and everything.

hmmmm. Good one. I wonder how this is going to work in a hotel where you may see only one network.

are you speaking of PIN entry? if so, I think it is because you selected secure sign on every time. I think it can be reset since mine was when I was working with support to iron out account issues. Ask them. I don't know the difference between PIN and non-PIN security, though. You might want to keep it.

Giving your social out online doesn't bother you guys then? Hoping there is a room out there that doesn't require it.

Yes, stats are being updated as I play, but I can't get it to recognize my seat location. I'm using preferred seating, and I configured it to tell it which seat I'm in for party on 6 handed and 9 handed tables. It doesn't do anything to the seat postion, though. I guess I can move them manually.

It does know that I'm on party because it automatically is saving the processed hand histories into a folder labeled party.

I think you are talking about 2 separate things here (3 if you count deposit)...

Copy of your license would be if your identity cant be properly vetted, ie your ssn doesnt match up with other information they collected (this is done thru companies hired by the casinos, the same way credit check is done etc)

Proving you are IN New Jersey when playing will be done thru various techniques, usually via wi-fi triangulation, sometimes thru ISP or cell phone tracking, sometimes all 3.

Do you have both issues atm? Some people do.

Party support told me they always have to do all 3 methods. Does anyone have wifi on their desktops? Is that a standard thing these days? Because I can't figure out how to let them access my router.

Tried everything but still cant connect to Borgata or WSOP. Borgata says im not in NJ, which i am. And WSOP says theres remote control software running, which there isnt.

I have nothing else open except the WSOP client, or Borgata client.
