Can you still use a HUD on PartyNJ? From the Google searches I've done the consensus seems to be "yes," but I cannot seem to figure out how to get my PT4 HUD to work. Anyone know what could be the issue?

Yes, make sure you have the path to HH correct and there’s a place to input your SN.

Configure>sites and import options>site configuration tab>party poker

-Make sure directories configuration has correct path to hand histories

-make sure your correct sn is entered in the “Hero” field

They just deactivated my account and accused me of being "dormant" for two years. I am the only player involved so far as I know.

I just think perhaps:

1. A few emails would be nice. This was a few bux. It could've been real money though. I have hundreds on other sites. Well, real money for me.

2. Why is this even a law? Who decided it was a good thing to deactivate accounts? Why didn't I see a warning? They 'previously' attempted to contact me.

I got to Champions Club status last night on WSOP, but the client still says I am "Elite" and I haven't received the email to confirm my new status yet. This despite the client also saying I have "0 APPs to reach Champions Club." Is this typical? I seem to remember getting notifications/emails right away once I reached Bronze/Silver/Elite.

Thanks, I finally got this figured out.

Has everyone removed chat? Both party and WSOP seem to have. I haven't played much in the past year is this the new thing all over? Seems like bullies and crybabies ruined it for the rest of us. People too damn sensitive nowadays.

edit: Also why is almost every damn tournament on WSOP a rebuy.

Anyone know if it is ok to have accounts on multiple skins? For example I have a BetMGM account and a Borgata account. I have been using both free spins each day on them. Is this ok? If not I will close one. Obviously not playing on both at same time.

Borgata still has chat. Wsop did remove it, no idea about party.

I have an account on party and Borgata. If you go to forgot password there’s a link there to chat with a live agent. I spoke with one of them and they acknowledged I had accounts on both skins and didn’t mention it being an issue.

I am sure these questions are answered elsewhere but after using the search function I wasnt able to find them. I swear I tried.

Thinking of taking a weekend roadtrip to NJ getting a hotel and playing some poker. Just have some basic questions.

It is all GPS based? So once I am in the state I am good to go right? I can just get a hotel right across the boarder and start playing?

Deposits, I can use a regular credit or debit card right? It's not like bovada or ACR where I need a specific prepaid card or need to use Bit Coin?

Aside from playthrough requirements from deposit bonuses, are there any obstacles to pay outs? Basically are there any obstacles to me setting up an account and depositing on Friday, and withdrawing on Sunday?

Player pools from NV and NJ are mixed right? WSOP has circuit events this month with a $75k GTD holdem event I wouldnt mind playing so may plan my trip around that.

Thanks in advance guys.

You can play anywhere in the state of NJ. There may be some fee associated with using credit/debit card. May be better to link it to your PayPal account and use that method for free. It may be a good idea to verify your account before you go by sending in pics of ID and whatever else they ask for in order to expedite any cashouts. If for some reason you can’t cashout before you go back home it’s not a big deal you can still login and do deposits/withdrawals from Ohio. Player pools are shared between NJ/NV.

I drove to NJ to play the WSOP events earlier this year. My recommendation would be to have your account set up and verified before heading to NJ. You are allowed to set up and fund the account out of state as long as you don't try on play actual poker. It took me almost a week to verify my account with every time they asked for more documentation taking a day to process. This is probably not standard but something to be aware of...

They use GPS and IP tech so if you are at a hotel with another grinder the first one to register will be the only one allowed to register for that event (the exception is Caesars Casino properties). You can workaround the IP issue by using your phone as a hotspot when you register for the event then switch back to the hotel wifi during the event. Also +1 to using paypal to fund, other than deposit limits probably the easiest way in an out (maybe 7-10 days to receive my money from the withdraw)

Good info above! Make sure to stay a decent hotel for Wi-Fi or else have your mobile hotspot ready. I stayed at Extended Stay for my 1st trip in July and had non stop connection issues that I ended up just playing on my phone. 2nd trip I stay at the Marriot and had no connection issues using their Wi-Fi.

You can also deposit from your bank using ACH transfers for free although they do cap them at like $3k per week. The debit card deposits were free. They were capped at $750 per transfer for me, but they let you do 10x a day.

Didn't read this thread through but a friend and I are going to go to Borgata to play a few circuit events in February. Are we unable to play in the same tourney if we share a room? Would we be able to is we stayed at Harrahs?

Also is it legal to use chrome remote desktop while walking around the casino and play on my phone while having the games running on my laptop in the room? Thanks

I don’t think any of the NJ sites let you use any remote software.

Thanks. I’m guessing as long as one of us registers on mobile hotspot we’ll be ok? Maybe one of us will just use it the entire time if that works better.

You should both be able to play, but you will probably get an error about "duplicate IPs that other players are using" when trying to login/register for the tourney.

The work around is to just connect to your mobile hotspot to login/register, then you can go back to the hotel wifi and play without any more issues.

Unfortunately no. WSOP run scans in the background to see if the PC/device you are using has Chrome Remote Desktop or Team Viewer installed and is active. They'll send you some e-mail warnings first if they see those software installed and ask that you uninstall them.

You're better off just switch to mobile play trough their app on your phone or iPad when you want to play on the go. GL

I created an account the other day and deposited $100

They matched and my account is $200

When I try to go on a table it says insufficient funds

What gives?

While some sites have allowed players to instantly sit at a poker table with a fully matched balance in the past, it is not in any way standard (or smart to allow it). It is obviously highly exploitable

Get onto their support or check for yourself what the rules regarding the bonus are. Maybe get it removed from your account if it is preventing you from playing poker

I created an account with 888 poker in NJ but the Android download page doesn't work (no auto download, no link to force it). Is there another way to get the APK?

Hello,

I am a Maine resident grinding MTTs on the gray market sites and Global.

I’m interested in keeping an eye out for online series that will run on legal NJ sites and would like to make a trip to NJ to play a series sometime this year.

I’m wondering if anyone who has done this can provide some info on logistics. Is it easy enough to set up accounts and play on NJ sites as a non-NJ resident? Any cashout issues or other concerns to be aware of?

Also, any good central location for upcoming online series on the NJ sites such as party, 888/WSOP Etc??

Thx!
