I submitted a withdrawal request via ACH on 3/24/20 in the amount of $3,000 after making several deposits that were quickly accepted. After two days, I received a classic stall tactic, with WSOP requesting front and back photos of my debit card and driver’s license. Although I have been a customer for several years, I honored this request and immediately uploaded the requested documents. From this point, I never received another email or update from WSOP again, other than automated replies to my several other emails I sent asking for an update. The phone line is shut down so there is no one to discuss with. I understand that there is a pandemic ongoing but I feel have been more than patient. Furthermore, there are other online NJ casinos processing payments same day during this crisis so no excuse for a over two week delay with no update whatsoever. If the company was unable to process withdrawals then it should shut down business and not accept any deposits but we all know that would never happen. Feels like a PONZI scheme to me. Really embarrassing that a regulated site like WSOP could have these types of issues. I say it’s only a matter of time before they become defunct.
Any thoughts on how to get this rectified? Thanks for any help!
LOL they will always take deposits no matter what is happening. We've all learned that over the years the hard way.
*******Anyway I'm curious also as I'd like to make a withdrawal myself.
Could it be a bank issue (ACH)?
I was going to do a PayPal withdrawal myself.
