Depending on which site, your computer can be hard wired, it should just be Wi-Fi enabled. Some sites will allow cell phone tracking. If you have a specific error message, pls post it

I'm in Somerset County too...can't verify my location on Ultimate, but 888 works fine

As it turns out, I was just being an idiot and think that if I was connected to a wireless router that was enough; I needed to put a wireless adapter on my computer, what a pain.

Traffic on WSOP is pretty low, but there is a 500 concurrent cap for the soft play period. Only $1 SNG's available aorn, only games running are NLHE, and there are a couple of MTTs running (a free roll and a $1 one). The $1 stuff is .9 to prize pool and .1 to rake as far as I can tell.

ultimate is a fail with 0 people being able to have their location verified, i tried for over an hour and gave up
888 has 2 people playing 1/2 NL, 6 playing .05/.10 NL and 3 playing .01/.02 NL

They said firewall, even after I shut everything down it still won't let me play. It did let me deposit money thou. So I have money on a site that I can't play on. I guess that's better than not being able to cash out or have to wait 2-3 weeks for cash outs.

I've gotten no texts, no attempt to verify period as far as I can tell. I don't understand what people are talking about with enabling location tracking or whatever with my wifi connection.

There isn't much going on at WSOP or Ultimate atm. They can only have 500 people max at a time during softplay.

For most sites, you don't have to be using Wi-Fi, but you computer must be Wi-Fi enabled. If it is not, you can get a stick fr just a few dollars, and I have heard some sites may even be handing them out to customers. Its an alternate to cell phone verification.
