Sigh lol, can't login to party poker because apparently my username and password do not match lmao, the same password I used all last week. And on 888 and wsop, my entire lobby is blinking, can't see any games, just constantly blinking grey. Guess it's bovada tonight. Sigh.

I had the same issue with party during the soft launch where my password magically was different and i managed to lock myself out. Still haven't gotten through to their support and at this point don't care to. 888 is a disaster tonight but if you contact live chat they seem to be willing to refund your tickets if you put up enough fuss.

Edit;
888 lobby is working again and i managed to swindle extra tickets haha.

Rome wasn't built in a day. I think it's a very good start. Once the first domino falls, how many other states are going to want a piece?!!

Out of principle, I'd rather just play on Carbon and Bovada
You don't seem to understand the big picture here. If poker players don't support this we will never see other states joining. Do you understand that? We are a test case. If there is enough tax revenue collect thru the site there is a chance we could see more states join. This will allow for bigger player pools. This will bring back those large tourney fields.

It's your call what you do but if you want a return to the good old days, it's important to support the here and now.

No. You just need to email support like 5 times to get your bonus manually activated.

So you're saying that I'm going to be locked out of party for a week? Sigh lol. Oh well, I guess I'll try to get in contact with support. Edit: I uninstalled party completely, then I redownloaded it, and magically my password works now! Lol

Not necessary, you just need more determination than someone trying to climb Everest if you have any hopes of reaching someone who will assist you.

lol I hear ya, just pissed...the whole "Regulation means we are now safe!" annoys me because basically the main thing we had to fear back then were the regulators themselves.

"Click a mouse, lose a house" they said. Now I sign up for these sites and within 5 seconds there is a huge credit card or link to my bank account in my face that I can click and deposit.

I will be playing, see the long term but I'm not happy about. Everytime I look a the Borgata lobby and can't see the tables I want to punch somebody.

Actually you had to fear a cheating scandal, such as the one that UB permitted to happen, and outright theft by the sites themselves, AKA Full Tilt.

Based on what I'm reading - it's effing hopeless. I'm in Warren County. I had 8 - count 'em 8 - wifis other than mine today. Constantly disconnected.

This is total bull*****.

I got that Edimax Mini Wifi adapter for my Mac and that hasn't helped. I pick up more networks, but WSOP still can't geolocate me consistently on this machine. I'm almost always good on my PC desktop. Seems to be something specific to Macs?

I'm on a Mac too. I may end up buying a piece of crap PC (that's redundant, I know) just to play.

I am sensing a conspiracy to restore the glory of the world's former most prominent software corporation.

I'll give you a 20% right, bro

UB was terrible...but the players did a great job finding it

Full Tilt was undone by the regulators who created the run on the bank. Yeah, there was shady stuff going behind the scenes, but it would have run on for a long long time. I'm sure they had great handle on their outflow vs inflow.

But really, anyone that played on sites other than Stars were taking a risk. But Stars was safe. And I'm comparing NJ Rigulated Poker to Stars

Sorry, but FTP outright stole the money. And crooks are gonna crook no matter what. It was only a matter of time.

But I am not going to waste any more time trying to cure you of your delusion. I am also not gonna read any more of your sob stories either. The ignore poster button comes in handy.

Walmart has a new HP for $298. I just bought it last week for poker. It works great.

For anyone still having location issues:

You should try reinstalling the program you are trying to use. Uninstall everything and then reinstall.

FTP was contained like Iraq, no need to go in imo

14in = $219.99

You can certainly get something suitable for $300 or less.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a usb wifi adapter?

Alfa & Bearextender on Amazon seem to work the best but BestBuy has a long range wifi adapter that needs to be shipped to store/home but at least you can return it easier in if it doesn't work. I'm in Essex county and every adapter in the world hasn't helped me and looks like I will have to wait until they get their acts together and actually FIX all the issues so that everyone in NJ can play.
