Hey, did Party say when they will be rolling out the Sunday tournaments? I don't see them in the tourney lobby. I am looking on Borgata's skin.

Party just crashed site wide and has been down for the past 15 minutes...the Sunday tourneys won't start until next weekend supposedly but with the way the software has been running lately, I woulndn't spend more than $5 on a tourney.

HEM 1 seems to be working aside from the fact it can't get the stakes correct under game type description. Anyway to get it to recognize Borgata's tags in the HH? Right now im stuck making a separate DB for different game types.

HM 1 HUD works for you? I can get it to import but not display the HUD.

What version of HEM1 are you using? I haven't used it since the US sites went down but want to use it for Party/Borgata as well. I'm on version 1.12.09

Same as Borgata, obviously. Wow. An hour should be enough to solve any issues right? It's Saturday, c'mon!

Must have something to do with the log on server. I'm playing right now and the lobby reads 1,016.

Yes but we all will be very happy if some of our issues are addressed.

Wish the Party Rep would use the forum and let us know what's up though...

I'm able to log-in just fine. I was in 2 SnG's earlier and they were both closed when these problems started. I looked at their SnG games now and just about every game is paused. There are some running though too.

The Party rep seems pretty useless so far.

The only thing I can think of is that its in preparation for ROW play and the lack of exposure an AC casino has with the rest of the world, but that explains Borgata, it doesn't explain WSOP/888.
I was thinking there are two reasons:

1. Having more brands on the market gives you a better chance of having more market share even though the product is basically the same. Better to have 2 out of 8 online sites than 1 out of 7. Same reason there was a Trans Am and a Camaro even though they're basically the same car (as well as having multiple divisions in general like Chevrolet, Buick, etc.). Each can tailor their marketing efforts to better capture different niches within the same larger market.

2. Both partners want their own online presence in the market. For example, Borgata wanted to use established software like Party with their own name on it, but Party agreed only if they could have their own unique offering so they could re-establish their name/brand in the US.

I have strong authentication enabled for my account. I get the pin within minutes every time I request one. Right now though I haven't received the pin number via email. Been trying for the past 30 minutes.

Anybody else in the same boat?

edit: Party Poker!

Im trying to think of different ways that this NJ rollout could have been worse and uglier and I just can't imagine a way

My efforts: I'm in central jersey. I downloaded the borgata client and tried the browser a few times a couple of days ago with my laptop at home with wifi and it said I wasn't in nj (it's my personal computer so it has NO other programs working). I downloaded 888 and wsop apps on my iPhone. Tried from my home and 2 other different locations, about 30 miles away each but still in central nj, with wifi and my cell service, each time it said I wasn't in nj. My opinion: this was as big a failed launch as the obamacare health exchange sign up.

AC deserves to go out of business with this kind of management for what should have been a huge launch.

Anyone know if the Vegas launch had these types of problems?

Edited: I forgot borgata couldn't even verify my identity with my ss number. At least the other sites got that part.

So, I'm sitting in the borgata living room area and trying to log on this past Tuesday night to borgatapoker.com and was denied access because I was "not in NJ." Made me laugh that I couldn't log onto the site from the very casino it is connected with.

So I head home Wednesday morning to my home in Middlesex county, central NJ, and am able to get on the site with no problems. I played plenty that day and was satisfied I didn't seem to be having the issues alot were with not being able to play from their own homes in jersey. I played most of the night Wednesday, and then Thanksgiving night after I got home from my family thanksgiving dinner in northern NJ.

Friday morning I wake up and go to log in to play some more, and there is a software update. I was happy to see a software update because maybe it meant they had ironed out alot of issues and everyone would be able to play. Well, just the opposite. Ever since I ran that update, I haven't been able to get on the site. anywhere. I tried all day Friday at my home in Middlesex county and currently I am at my girlfriends place in Clifton. Cant get on here either. Both places I am being told I am not in NJ. frustrating to say the least. I just want to play.

Currently, as I sit here typing this, I have my cell phone on speaker phone, holding for 25 minutes with borgata support trying to get someone on the line. Also have the live chat box open and am told I am 25th in the queue.

Anyone have any advice at all? Anyone had a similar experience with updating the software yesterday and now not being able to play? Any help at all would be appreciated.

This is the first time this type of geolocation technology has been used anywhere on planet earth. Getting it working for a large majority of players in a few days is pretty impressive, imo.

The horrendous customer support from certain sites (borgata) is inexcusable though.

I thought Nevada had the same in-state requirements. No?

Its pretty clear its a call center outsourced to India with about 2 employees on the payroll. I've probably spent a total of 4-5 hours on hold without getting through. What makes it even worse is it appears both sites are sharing the same "support".

On a another note is anyone else having issues getting hem to read HH stakes correctly? They are totally out of whack for borgata.
