The big two are Hold'em Manager and PokerTracker, and they both have 30 day free trials.

Hand 2 Note is a more powerful recent addition to the marketplace. There are also custom HUDs for specific games (e.g. SpinGos).

FWIW, I'm a HEM user, but I think Pokertracker might be slightly more popular.

Out of PT4 or HM2 I'll just add that I have experienced so much instability issues/crashes bugs with HM2.
