My issues with Pokerstars My issues with Pokerstars

I know this post will probably be taken down since it appears Pokerstars is an advertiser and supporter of this site but I will post this anyway.

I have received 4 years worth of hand histories of hands I have played from Pokerstars. In these hand histories I have taken out every hand in which I was in the lead by a minimum of 51%-49% to a maximum of of 98%-2% and it was discovered that I lost over 80% of those hands.

This is technically not possible if the RNG on PokerStars is realistic. If you take a 1 year sample from any point over those 4 years the losses range from 80%-88% never less.

After I remove my username from the hand histories I will be posting them.

I also ran a sample to see how many times 3 of the same suit land on the flop. This should occur around 1 in 18 times. On Pokerstars this occurs around 1 in 9 times. TWICE AS MUCH.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PROOF PLEASE POST IT ON THIS LINK.

I will post the 4 years of hand histories on a website as soon as my username has been replaced and I will post a link here.

DO NOT PLAY REAL MONEY ON POKERSTARS. THEY ARE SCAMMING POKER PLAYERS.

It appears the hands are setup to be close so people bet more. And it is fixed that the losing hand wins in the end. This was they collect a bigger rake and games end faster and the servers are available for more games.

DO NOT PLAY FOR REAL MONEY ON THIS SITE.

Thanks so much for the heads up....This perfectly explains why my opponents seem to have been hitting their str8s and flushes on me so often...Definitely rigged IMO

JimRob,

I did not know you could play PokerStars on a TRS-80. You learn something new every day.

I don't know why everyone is hating on you. I am ready to read your hand history. I have long thought that Pokerstars was rigged and could never understand why my opponents ALWAYS played suited cards. It looks like they, like yourself, studied the hand history and were playing the "correct" side of the 'suited flop' %.

Please, ignore all of the hate and post your HH. I, for one, can't wait to read them.

I have a little over 100,000 hand histories. Roughly 25k hands per year. Obviously some years more than others but in total over 100,000 hand histories were used in this sample.

And the wiseasses can make all the comments they want. I hope they continue to lose their money at PokerStars.

And incidentally, I have used PokerStars and PartyPoker since the sites went online. And PartyPoker until they blocked US players. PokerStars would only give me the past 4 years.

Why such contempt Black Peter and Niss do you work for PokerStars?

Excellent. Are you planning on hosting your database somewhere so others can see it? Because of course you can't post 100,000 hand histories.

Yeah, that must be it.

Or maybe, like many of us, after the 237,482nd thread just like this was started, they got sick of it. The only difference with this one is that you're promising hand histories. Until you deliver, unfortunately it's just another rigged thread like the rest.

We anxiously await delivery.

Something tells me we won't see any hand histories and OP, if we see him at all anymore, will just be spamming.

he can zip them and post to a porn hoster, I mean er file sharing site

then of course we will have to try to spot check based on hand #, then stat guys will have to make comments based on the % of coverage that we can verify, etc

19th in epic thread... ug

There ya go OP, do that. No need to post again ITT until you have it ready IMO. I mean go right ahead if you like, but it'll undoubtedly just be part of a pointless back-and-forth flame war.

Let's see that file!

Props to Stars for rigging their games in such a blatant and easy to detect manner for this fellow. I am surprised no one else has found this pattern since it is about as subtle a crime as playing in a live game with a I AM CHEATING billboard behind you, wearing an I AM CHEATING T shirt with a neon purple thong as you sing "I am Cheating" in your best Celine Dion voice while doing what you call the cheating tap dance on the table as each hand is being dealt.

No doubt it would take a random gimmick account years to realize the above live poker example seems off as well before anyone else picked up on it.

Why don't most rigged people at least go for something that is at least minimally difficult to prove since the insane and clearly made up stats given by the OP (assuming they were real and not his cherry picked hands if he ever bothers to present his hand histories) wouldd have been discovered by tons of people long ago by now.

Yeah, noone would have noticed and proved an error like this by now. Purple thong sales must be up.

Of course. But i only play at FT. After all, PS is rigged, so while i'm raking in the $ defending them in threads like this, i would never consider actually playing on a rogged site like that. All my game is at the fair and balanced FT, where the customer support is second to none and i get all my checks on time.

Hello JimRob,

I work for PokerStars, and it is our policy to provide a copy of every single real money hand history to a player on request. If you'd like, I can investigate why this wasn't done in your case - feel free to either send me a PM on here, or, if you'd rather not disclose your account name on 2p2, email support@pokerstars.com and ask that it be passed along to me.

Our Game Security department - in which I work - takes the integrity of our games very seriously, and we believe that one of the best ways to defend the integrity of our random shuffle is to provide a copy of every single real money hand history that any player has played for your own analysis.

That way, you don't need to rely on the multiple independent experts who have analysed our shuffle and found it to be truly random, and you don't need to rely on the many individual independent members of the public who have done the same - you can prove it to yourself.

Black Peter does not work for PokerStars.

I hope to be able to help you here.
