Unfortunately, we are not available in your market at the moment. We do hope to be able to process Australian transactions early next year

Hi, I tryed to use MuchBetter in Party Poker with no success. Deposit Declined.

Tryed Stars and works well.

Party says is something about my country. Im from Argentina and is working fine in the other sites.

Dave , could u see what is happening with party ?

Hi Dave,
Some time ago I wanted to pay the entry fee in Czech casino and it was declined few times.
I could use the card in casino's restaurant tho.

Why did it work like that?

This is due to the fact that our card is blocked to gaming transactions. So you can use it in the restaurant but not for entry fees

Dave R can you message me, I don't have that ability because new account,.

I need help getting verified on muchbetter with an expired ID, I have immunodeficiency and no vaccination and need to get money off a site, not risking my life over some small poker winnings, only a few hundred dollars

Their payment processor is broken and are not allowing me to withdraw so they are basically stealing my money, I can scan the 1 year expired ID, take a selfie with it, take a video, whatever is necessary.

I am from Canada, when I created my muchbetter account today, I selected USD as the account currency, however, when I tried to upload money, it still try to charge my bank account as CAD (exchange), I have USD bank account, can I upload money USD from my USD bank account to muchbetter as USD without exchange? Otherwise, can i change my muchbetter currency back to CAD?

The fees are flat 2%
limits are based on your account limits which can be increased
We accept BTC, XRP, LTC, ETH and UDST
you can have any wallet currency and not only Euro
