Missing Ticket on BOL Missing Ticket on BOL

Last night,3/31, I played a $5 satellite to get into a $55 satellite. I won a ticket into the $55 satellite to get into event #111. The $55 satellite was scheduled for 9pm CST. At that time there were 9 players registered and there was a minimum of 14 needed so the satellite got cancelled. Im ok with that. What Im not ok with is I DID NOT GET THE $55 TICKET CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. I gave it about 5 minutes to see if it would show up, then i contacted live chat support. They said they would get with the "team" and they would send me an email. Nothing yet. Not sure how long I need to wait to get an email, so I can further pursue the missing money.

Why do you think someone cares?

I imagine anyone that plays on BetOnline would care. But thanks for your productive comment

Makes sense to post it in the sponsored forum, but I'm not sure there's any benefits to posting it in the Internet forum when the only person who can really help you here, BetOnline Mike, is less likely to read it here. Try to send him a private message as well.

I did post it in the BetOnline section, decided to also post here for awareness. But it seems like looking out for others is an oddity these days.

Anybody who regularly plays there is going to be looking in the sponsored forum these days. I'm not sure you're making anybody who plays there aware who wouldn't see it there. The mods would likely move this thread there as well, if it wasn't a duplicate post, which may result in this thread getting deleted instead.

Not at all; a single negative reply is hardly indicative of every poster.

But, MCAChi is right; I'd have moved this if you hadn't already posted it in the appropriate place. I appreciate the sentiment, but if we had everyone doing this for their individual issues, this forum would be full of a bunch of threads about each problem each poster has on each site. If someone has a big problem where they have already contacted support and been told they won't be getting their money, or their account is closed, etc., we often let those stay as standalones, but the rest usually get merged into site threads.

Hopefully that makes sense.
