I posted a few days back about some issues with HEM on Minted. I don't think anyone responded.

1. Anyone else ever have problems with the HUD not lining up correctly on the tables? For example, Bill's stats will show up next to Ted, and Ted's stats show up next to Frank, etc.

2. Also, the mucked cards don't get read by HEM, like they normally do on Pokerstars, or Lock Poker.

Any help with these two issues would be appreciated. Thx!

I'm guessing you've checked to make sure that you've set the "Hero Seat" in HEM? I'm guessing you also select your preferred seat each time you sit down at Minted Poker since it has to be done each time?

I know a player who's having this issue to and would like to hear if anyone has any suggestions on what the problem is.

Need password help.

I guess on the last update they changed it to where when you transfer money to someone you enter your password now to complete it.

I have no clue what my password is, I have it on remember password when I sign in.

No problem, right? Just change password button. To do that you have to enter your current password.

Ok, no problem. I'll just logout pull up the client and when it asks me to sign in just hit forgot password. Minted screen pops up saying you are not authorized to view that page.

Star ratings. Wierd I played played a pl omaha tourney and noticed I had 5 stars above my name only 2nd day on site. I played at regular table and they where gone. I played in another tournament and they where gone. Whats up with that?

Is there any plans to increase the cap on the 1/2+ tables, under 20BB seems a little too shallow.

It's not affecting transfers as they are done automatically. We have a slight backlog we are working through which should be cleared in the next few days provided power is not lost again.

The 4 player NL games will return soon. Deep and ante tables could be added later in the year provided player numbers continue to grow.

how do you confuse them with the blinds??

also they only appear now on CAP tables, so thats a step in the right direction of getting rid of them. I dont play any CAP, so im happy now

anyone else having problems where tables don't auto pop up on your turn? i changed the settings in options back and forth a few times without any success. i contacted support and they are sending my info to their technical team. anyone have this problem or have it figured out?

Just to clarify, Neil said they were only on Cap tables but I saw them on a Pot Limit table recently that was not a CAP table. I'm guessing it was just an error, but wanted to mention that.

I've had the same problem. I believe if your playing the Speed tables there is no Timebank. Someone should be able to confirm though.

I just installed the Minted client.

It downloaded from the website just fine, but when the program started to open on my computer, it did it's start up screen for a few seconds and then canceled out, giving me the following error...

Configuration file not found

please restart

What's the reason for this?

What do I need to do in order to get past this error and actually open, and use the poker client?

Basically one of the files weren't the way they were supposed to be and therefore needed re-installed. Not sure if that will fix your issue, but it did fix mine.
