wat? I've been playing with no problem for the last two hours.

i have no idea what the problem is...... i have tried two different browsers and their site is not coming up on either browser. A friend of mine logged in on my account and it worked for him. Obv. my internet works or else i wouldnt be able to post on here.

Uuuuugh. slow traffic. Can't get a single .25/.50 game going at HU or 6max. I don't know if I'll ever clear this deposit bonus.

the only other real issue I have is not being able to use scroll wheel for bet sizing. I really dont like having to type it in every time I want to make a 5xbb continuation bet.

I turned on auto rebuy for cash games and now I constantly get a "too much money on the table" popup

been over 6 hours no answer.. im trying to put money onto their site and play for the last 6 hours and still no answer from customer service, and haven't been able to get through to someone get a message

"We are assisting your fellow players and will be available to you shortly. Please contact us in 5 minutes or send us a message using the field below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."

every time, prob 100 times over the last 6 hours.. forget this site guess i'll take my money elsewhere

Couple HEM problems on Minted. I've already posted on the HEM forums but they have not been very helpful yet. Hoping for more luck here. I'm a US player. Anyway...

1. The HUD won't line up right. I never had this problem on Stars or Lock. I play 6max, and I prefer to sit at "Seat 3", aka the bottom right seat. Because there is yet to be a "preferred seat" option on Minted, I always manually click "Move Here" to the bottom right seat at every table I sit at. Also, I have already set my "preferred seat" option on HEM for Everleaf to "Seat 3" for 6max tables. However, I am still having problems getting the HUD to line up correctly with each person at the table. It's usually all wrong. Bill's stats will be next to Mike, and Mike's stats will be next to Tom, etc. The only thing I can do is move Bill's next to Bill, and Mike's next to Mike, all on one table to make that ONE table correct, but the other tables are almost always still wrong. Anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it? I am currently using HEM version 1.11.07-Internal-3.

2. HEM doesn't read the mucked cards. I have "won/loss mucked" checked in my HEM table preferences, and the mucked cards show up fine on Stars or Lock, but not on Minted. The only way I can view the mucked cards is if I click on the Minted HH file in the upper right corner of the table that the hand just played out on. It's really annoying. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

FWIW, I just got the "Too much money on the table" popup for the first time yesterday, and it was super annoying. The only way to get rid of it was to turn off my Auto-rebuy. I've never had that problem before, but I noticed that it occured after I left a table that I was sitting out at, but then changed my mind, and clicked "I'm back" before I physically left the table, and that was right when the popup started. So, that seemed to be what caused it. I think the software got confused because I clicked "Leave table", but then clicked "I'm back" right after that.

And while I'm thinking about it, that is annoying on Minted when you click "Leave table" and it closes the table, but you don't actually "leave" the table for, like, a minute or so afterwards. On Stars/Lock, when you click "Leave table", you actually leave the table immediately, not in 1-2 minutes. What's up with that?

I had the same issue last night, left table and came right back and the "to much money" pop up started coming every hand. Made me quit my session it was so tilting.

With all the recent issues of Poker-related sites being hacked, is there any chance that Minted would offer Security Tokens for an extra layer of security? I know I would purchase one and when you get the points store, it could be an item that you sold in there.

I'm sure a lot of other players would feel better about their funds with a Security Token also.

why is the rake race based on # of raked hands?

shouldnt it be based on MGR?

The Network has differnt Rake Races so that different players can participate. I assume they want to give micro grinders a chance to win and not just base it on players playing high limits. Obviously, this is just a guess.

Some of their Rake Races are based on Poker Points, which is basically going to be MGR.

I had it set to:

rebuy at NL/PL
If I fall under 100%
Table Max

I'm pretty sure that "too much money on the table" popped up between every hand.

P.S. Please comment on why there is a bet pot button and whether removal of it would be a consideration. It makes it too easy for the fish to make a good bet. They generally make silly small bets or overbets but I see many hitting that bet pot button in situations that they probably wouldn't if that button wasn't there.

I received the same error on NL50 6max tables, but did not on an NL100 6max table. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.

Also, if you deposit with, say, MB, does your cashout go to that first or can you have it sent to WU if you later make a WU deposit?

Deposited 300 by western union. Money in my account in 20 minutes. First timers supposed to get credited fee which was 12 bucks see what happenes with that. Hard to differentiate betwee suits clubs hearts etc. Really hard. Otherwise liking the site customer service is always available for live chat.
