MICROGAMING BUG -AWARDS POT TO WRONG PLAYER ! MICROGAMING BUG -AWARDS POT TO WRONG PLAYER !

So i have started playing MG recently, and seems like my cashier doesn't match my results. After some research i found a post in the MG mid stakes thread detailing hands where the pot is awarded to the wrong player. So i found some hands that match up to this.

Here is a hand where i jam over a river bet with the nutflush, and villain folds. In the client "winner" column it is a split pot.

Also this cross post from Midstakes thread.

lately I had to start checking my balance after each session because my HEM2 results and cashier shows different numbers.. I requested couple audits of my account during last year (few of them showed I was right, few I was wrong) but last 2 audits according to SJ support were "ok" but Im still missing money. So I started to do my own research and I found this bug..

I might be wrong but right now Im rly scared playing a session on mg and I play only nl100 or lower..

Am I the only one?

Not that the problem has come to light some of my friends have started noticing split pots and the like in their HH viewer too. It seems support are unwilling to do anything to fix or acknowledge it as a problem! Who knows how much people have won or lost due to this?

I am removing my BR from there today bc i am still missing $ and the only way they will look into it is if i give them a table name or hand history #. It would take me forever to search through 35K hands in their hand history client viewer. Even if i find the hand they will give me some BS saying that its correct. They are very untrustworthy and sketchy to say the least. I would advise people to not play there.

CLIFFS

* MicroGaming have a major bug in their software
* Pot awarded to wrong person or split pot awarded.
* Support won't acknowledge problem or refund money
* No way of finding mis awarded hands

Did this really need to be posted in two different sub's?

I'm quite drunk and just spent 10 minutes trying to work out what happened to all the replies.

Can we get this one locked as I am only going to get more drunk.
