Is this really what they had planned? they are making more money now? can the fees they used to pay possibly be worse for their site than all the traffic they lost?

Poker players in general have a fundamental misunderstanding of sportsbook and casino margins versus poker margins. Poker dies and their rec players go back to the SB/Casino, they make considerably more money than the prior scenario. Almost all US sites are backed in someway by a SB/Casino now, because the poker only business model has such low profit margins.

If a player is out of line in chat and ruining the experience, report them. Enough reports or egregious enough chat and support will temp/perma ban chat privs and make the games more enjoyable for everyone.

A friend of mine had a check bounce on sportsbook.ag. I told him to email support and keep the check and they will get it sorted out. He shouldn't have anything to worry about, right?

no he should be fine Ive gotten 20k from them in the pat 2 months and no checks have bounced if a check does bounce they will refund ur account and u have to wait it out for another check and that should clear

I agree wholeheartedly. True professionals don't berate the fish. The fish are the entire reason one can earn a living off of poker. Be nice to them. Sincerely congratulate them when they outplay you (or think they did). They will stick around longer, and donate more long-term.

If this segregation for MTT's continues all worth wild MTT's will be non existent soon! Friday night and it's the second night in a row that the SB High Roller was cancelled. Only 3 entries at the start. Why even continue to offer poker if they are just going to destroy it? Might as well just get rid of it all together if they believe it's not worth it and conflicts with their sports betting/casino side of the business.

i find at the lower stakes they run a pretty solid schedule. I'm not a fan of the extremely long late reg on the other side of Merge and find SB to be a better alternative. I'm not playing the High Roller every night so it doesn't bother me, but in my opinion they offer a good schedule.
