I've done what I can. I have repeatedly asked Merge reps to investigate. I have gone into their threads but the issues get ignored there too. I then wrote a scathing article about it. I got no reaction. It is obvious that Merge does not care at all that people are cheating in their games. Between this, the anonymous Bodog tables, and Cake Poker's cashout issues, I think the only two legitimate places to play for U.S. players are Intertops and True Poker/AmericasCardroom.

Merge is basically saying it's the best site to play on if you intend to cheat..otherwise it's the worst network..

I was colluded against by 3 players in a DON last night and Merge support is definitely giving me the run around. Asking me for something different each email before they can "start their investigation", which we all know they will never look into.

I started my playing days and put in many, many hours at the garden city. I hear they're going to move it and remodel it soon. Great place, hope to see it when I get back to California sometime in the future.

I think this story if true, could be the biggest O8 news to ever come out. I'm very sad that it is a scandal and can hurt this great game greatly.

I've played mostly plo8 for the past 8 years and have played against AJB and his gang countless times, I must say I am devastated if these accusations come out to be true.

Just the idea of having a player of AJB caliber X3 in every tourney and in theory having to bust him 3 times every time to make him go away makes me very angry and discouraged.

If he is only guilty of chip dumping HU after the sessions, I think most would forgive him. But to control two or more account and maneuver his stack to give him god mode like powers - that is some serious stuff.

Someone who doesn’t understand PLO8 doesn't know the true control AJB could've had on the outcome of every mtt he played by keeping his big stack pawning everyone and keeping all his horses alive until the FT. In Plo8 mtt It can be almost impossible to stop or beat that kind of force.

If he had his wife, his stepdaughter, his backers, and few accounts of his own all in one plo8 mtt that had from 100 to 200 players then I am certain there was some sort of collusion and soft play. I wouldn't be surprised if he had rules set up that sound like these...
1. Never call me.
2. Don't raise my blind.
3. When I re-raises you, fold.
4. You are not allowed to move in on me.

I hope backing won’t be allowed in plo8 in the future because of collusion and conflict of interest issues.

No matter what merge says at the end his activity with all the accounts he says he backed on all the sites should be investigated. Speaking of backing, I think he should reveal the complete list of all players he ever backed that played in the same MTT with him.

Prob wouldn't be that hard to figure out. Players should be all over the pokersites and sharkscope convincing them not to allow players to block stats imo. It's basically the only thing players have to catch cheating like this, and if their stats are blocked it's almost useless.

There has been the odd 1 or 2 new PLO8 player show up from (Canada) since then and they start playing a very good game, obviously experienced.

I don't trust merge security that much. I have played way to many games to never have received a refund. No way I have never been cheated at least once, it's a very scary thought. Once **** gets regulated I'm pretty sure my hourly is gonna go up, my tinfoil hat is always on. Way to much money in poker and way to many greedy and immoral bastards in this world, sadly some of those bastards are smart/computer savvy.

what u need is the hh of the headsup games they play if they chip dumpin thats where u see it if they chip dumpin and in the same games obviously there would be a connection just cuz players in same games doesnt tell whole thing but headsup chip dumpin it would be obvious
