BCP is in a special case scenario right now... I've been expecting them to announce something any day now. Your funds should be fine FWIW, and the announcement should explain what will happen.

No, not at all. WU has to be unlocked by the Merge cashier. I can guarantee you that a new account will not be eligible for WU right away. Search this thread for the best information as to how to "unlock" WU as a withdrawal method on the Merge Cashier which RPM uses.

There are 2 threads for new cashier. One in Carbon's sponsored forum and one here in Internet Poker... thusfar, only ROW cashout's have been processed and no real world reports of US check cash-outs..

I emailed Black Chip support and got a response yesterday that said

"I’m afraid withdrawals are on hold at the moment. We expect this to be resolved within a week and then for payment processing times to improve dramatically, and for new payment options to be available to you from that time. "

Hopefully that will ease some concerns. Or heighten suspicion.

Requested RPM to MB and it took around 10 days. (ROW)

sounds like good news to me. any way for proof? just to ease concerns further

That's strong language. Not saying its proof. But that's a pretty strong statement to make. The only suspicion would be lack of proof of this email. imo

This is highly unlikely. I am J high on BCP, soon to be Q high in their VIP program and I have been waiting on a check since 9/15.

at least there is progress.previous email replies were all saying 1-2 weeks.now they say within a week

I don't feel that it has any correlation to your VIP level. I'm A high VIP and have waited the standard 2 and 3 months for checks. Also that would be kind of ****ed up. But awesome.

tbh, if the reason sending checks out a hassle due to cost associated with it (i.e. switching accounts, banks, processors, etc) .... then i dont mind if they increase rake but in return create a fast withdrawal process ... assuming that the cost of processing withdrawals is leading to the delays ... or that increasing rake would somehow make the process faster.
11-23-2012 , 04:44 PM
I don't think cost is the driving factor. My check fee was $15. I actually got 57 cents more than I expected on my check. So that tells me that the actual cost of sending the check was less than the fee and they refunded that amount to me. That says to me that they put the $15 on there to cover the FedEx (about right) and then refund you the difference if any. Just a guess though. Seems to me that if costs were so prohibitive, then they would just keep the entire $15 and pocket that little bit of overage.

It's been almost 11 weeks now. BCP cashout requested ~sep 10-11. BCP gave that same response in the past. How much f'ing longer is it going to be? Where's the people saying it takes this long in this climate now because every other skin is cashing out their players by now.

This post can't be serious.

I have seen estimates as high as 20% to process USA transactions.

The processors are taking all the risk, do you really think they are cutting checks for less than 15 bucks a crack?

Be assured, the sites are eating a HUGE amount to process USA players cashouts. The fee is just there so microdonks don't request a half dozen $50 checks every month.

Yup. Full Tilt was paying up to 29% at one point. Many players just don't understand
