To date, 38 players from this report have received owed payouts from Lock since I initially PM'd all on the list regarding Shane's offer (Nov 1st).

I got a check in the mail on 12/23, was on vacation so depositing tomorrow. Had 2 outstanding (processed: 8/24 processed: 12/7), pretty sure this is the latest one.

were you on IHTNs list and what was the wait time from withdrawal request to check in hand?

Yes I was on his list, both requests were. Shane contacted me to tell me he got that info.

Here is the info on both cashouts, both were requested as WU and turned into checks:

I have a WU from 8 months ago for 2k. Would it be beneficial to turn it into a check? I have only heard of people receiving money via check. Has anyone been paid via WU?

No idea how it works. I just received an email that said your WU was converted to a check when it was processed.

And I don't believe I've heard of a WU lately.

WU withdrawal in Aug that was converted into a check after Shane received the list. Still in verified stage.....

Hoping for a miracle new year and somebody stepping up to the plate and purchase Lock.

**= all 20 Nov 2013 check payouts and one of the two Dec 2013 check payouts were from players on the Lock Pending Cashout Report. There has been 1 reported check payout from a player not on the report since September 2013.

Note: two other check payouts were reported in December that were incredibly well-under long-term averages (9 days and 37 days, respectively)

**= Three of the Nov 2013 Skrill or other ROW method payouts, and all five of the Dec 2013 ROW payouts, were from players on the Lock Pending Cashout Report.

OTHER FACTS

-- I started sending players' info who accepted Shane's offer on November 1st (the first wave had 99 players).

-- The list was at 177 players on 10-31-13. It currently sits at 283 players waiting for their payouts from Lock Poker.

-- 39 players from the Lock Pending Cashout Report have received their payout.

-- Of those 39 players: 35 who accepted Shane's offer received payouts, two who declined received, and two who had not decided have received.

-- Two payouts on the report were cancelled by Lock Poker (owed to one player).

-- 14 players waiting on check withdrawals have been waiting 300 days or more - three of them having waited one calendar year.

-- 179 players (roughly 64% of the players on the report) have waited at least 200 days for their payouts - that's almost seven months apiece.

-- The average waiting period for the 59 players with Skrill or ROW method payouts owed on the report is now over six months.

-- Per several messages and posts in this and other threads, Shane - who promised to email each player on the report individually and personally who accepted his offer - has yet to contact many of them. Of those contacted, most received the exact same copy/pasted email.

-- Per the 283 players now on the report, over $765,000 has been cataloged as owed to those players. Over $418,000 of that is via Skrill or other ROW method.

Anyone else notice that your chat is disabled on lock, but others still have it. Do you think ****head Shane took the names from the list to disable us from informing current players?

^^ Haven't been on that forum except the one time I peaked at it...but I think they heavily mod it to where anything negative (or realistic) is just deleted.

My PMs started working today and I have sent my info to IHasTehNutz. $2200 by Check on July 27th 2013.

I was looking at the last night's payout update, so there is a tiny sliver of hope.
How much were the payouts for? Just wondering if there was a certain withdrawal amount that had less chance of getting processed.

The update was about how he will be communicating with those on the list. Because of how large the list is, and how you can only send a few PMs per minute on 2p2, I think he said he was going to start communicating by some other means going forward, as it would take him hours just to send out a single message to the list.

maybe its the thing that 2agoodcause has been talking about happening in the new year??? wow maybe that guy isnt some "troll" or lock employee. maybe he is just a high raking poker player who spoke to the right ppl and got info. wouldnt that be something.

That would be more than something. It would be 100% ****ing mindblowing.

Most likely scenario of everyone being made whole is probably some 3rd party proposing to buy Lock in a sort of Tapie-like deal.
