I'd say odds of all this happening are somewhere between hell and frozen over.
If they pay me, i will support them back. I have 2 large cashouts im waiting for. Yea, i will support them if they pay me the 1st one.

Updated through 10-24-13

Number of players with pending cashouts reported: 144 (up 2 players)

Special note: I went through and re-checked the days waiting and they are all re-synced. A couple of the numbers were a day off here or there - but all re-verified and are correct.

ALSO - I just began my latest verification PM's - so far, 111 of the 144 players listed are 100% re-confirmed. Before I started on 10/14, only 11 of the 133 players on the report at that time were not 100% confirmed.

Then you would knowingly be helping prop up a shady and unethical site.

Your money, your choice, but I think it's a fairly ****ty thing to support companies that conduct business this way, and I think people who just shrug and support them because they personally got their money are what keep ****wits like this in the poker community.

just passing info on what live chat told me when I contacted them about my cashout yesterday, when they told me my cashout is in que to be processed I told them "no one at 2p2 is getting cashouts, or Is that just a coincidence?" support rep reponds with something like " no it is not a coincidence, we just implemented new processors to help improve the cashout load" I don't know whether to laugh or cry

confused as to why lock still allows p2p transfers (can't do any more damage to their image), since they are extremely desperate for deposits obviously

Because they basically rake away 30% (before rake back tho) of the money xferrred - 15% on the guy receiving the money and 15% against the people he plays against. Thus lowers their overall liability by that much.

Here is an example. I sell 2k to my friend Joe. He rakes 300 dollars himself and his opponent also pays about 300 dollars. Now lock owes Joe and his opponents 1.4k instead of 2k.

You could say that well then people will just stop depositing and always just buy funds instead. However I'd argue that anyone that knows the price of lock funds or the state that lock in won't be depositing no matter what. The only people that will deposit are ones that are pretty much clueless about what is going on.

^^ It's been featured on quite a few news sites and the PAS report as well. Sad thing is - probably a majority of folks who play on Lock will never know about it. Blissfully unaware, for the moment anyway. I'll keep going...hopefully leading towards this list getting paid off. But if not, then to try to get people aware of what's actually happening.

For those who do not know, Lock Poker split off from Revolution today. Its on its own network. Im not kidding. I was able to download software no problem and everything looks fine, except no on is playing. Wonder why?

They've cancelled pretty much every tournament they started today - the only ones that ran seem to be a $20 and $30 GTD - neither hit the GTD amount...lol.

"51 players at 16 tables" right now. If I was a player on this report right now, I'd be fuming hot pissed...

Hi IHasTehNutz;
I am on the report, I just clicked on the LOCK POKER icon on my desk top,and PURE POKER opened, saying my account with lock has been transferred to PURE POKER? and for me to tell them my current lock poker account balance and it would be transferred to PURE POKER?? so i opened up a ticket to see what they have to say. i still have around $300.00 on LOCK POKER.
I then emailed lock support through reply on their last email to me,and told them what happened, then Lance from LOCK emailed me back and said PURE POKER should not have opened when i clicked on the LOCK icon....he said to go to their new LOCK POKER at lockpoker.eu...????
it's this kind of BS that is so bad for any new regulation for USA online
poker players.it's very painful.

Yeah I don't understand how Pure Poker is going to pay all the LOCK players simply by opening an acct with them if LOCK is still operating?

Did Pure Poker buy player balances at like pennies on the dollar? Will LOCK players with balances on LOCK be getting their full acct balance or a portion of it? Anyone with knowledge on this new development, please share.

There was no advanced warning on this move to any players - and no informational campaign on what to reliably do if you had a cashout pending, if you had money in your account, etc.

I would assume (but really, who knows) that if you had a cashout pending, it's still pending. This wasn't like with Juicy where they had players cancel their requests and re-submit. There was just zippo on what to do, which is Lock's MO. The less info they give, the more shady they can be.

I come bearing new information. I just got a message from Shane via Skype regarding the cashout situation as it relates to today's news:

"The cashier was never in the network system so cashouts are not adversely affected."

And that isn't all. Shane told me that if I supplied him with username or email information from the players on the pending cashout report, that he would be "happy to make sure they get looked at ASAP." He went offline before I could respond, but I wanted to make certain that him having this information wouldn't further compromise the players on this report, or put them at any more of a disadvantage. Because I am definitely not going to be a party to anything like that.

So...I will begin to compile this information via PM - I will PM everyone on the list for the information needed and await your replies. Let me be clear here, though - I will not share the information gathered to Shane until he has responded to me and given me his word that he will do what he can to expedite your payouts promptly - and, to not use that concentrated information in any negative way (as in having a record of 2+2 users and setting them into some sort of "do not pay" pile, or whatever). I know he has (or others at Lock do) access to who's owed and how much, but we know the history with Lock and 2+2, and I don't want this to be yet another broken promise or attempt at misleading players.

It's really up to you guys - this is your thing more than it is mine. I just catalog this stuff and try to keep it up to date. What do you guys think? To the 147 players on the list right now - is it worth a shot?

I'll start PM's shortly.

Shane has responded, saying he's "already mentioned to the cashier manager" that he'll be looking in on these pending cashouts. Again, I can't stress enough that I have no idea whether or not this will ultimately lead to anything...but, I will give him the information per your responses to my PM's to you, which are coming in moments.
